3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining
I hired Cherokee Remodeling to completely renovate an investment property. This involved replacing the roof , gutting the kitchen, bathroom, replacing exterior wall, new flooring, new siding, interior/exterior painting, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
I went with Mr Niles, not because he had the best price, because he had a vision for what needed to be done. While others quoted me for the work I wanted done, Mr Niles showed me and told me what needed to be done. He thought of things I had not.
Before the work was completed, several people passing by inquired about renting and buying the home. I had a renter ready to move in before the work was completed. No additional advertising needed.
I am completely satisfied with the end results and will select Cherokee Modeling for my next project.

Mr Billy Niles was quick to respond and gave me a quote that was very affordable. He had the job done in just a few days and i am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets he had made for my kitchen. Will hire Mr Niles again for further projects that come in mind.
