Centel Heating & A/C

This company was sent out by my home warranty. The AC technician Adrian came out an accessed my unit and only turned in 1/2 of what was wrong, the part that the warranty approved. I paid an $85 service fee and $825 to this company for mounting and hoses for my AC. The brand new unit worked for 45 minutes. The owner, Travis came back out and advised that all the freon was gone and he would need to come back the next day. He finally showed up and advised that the leak was under my mobile home and he was not going under there to find it. He basically left and said I needed to call someone else. But I PAID him for a service. Not only did he not repair my unit but the work he did attempt was subpar, my outside unit is not mounted and he welded copper tubing to old aluminum and did not even bother to properly wrap the hoses. He is a scammer!

Excellent service, they were prompt and answered all my questions, it was a fantastic experience.

They were prompt. They gave the quality of service, attention to detail. Everybody would be extremely pleased with the quality of work.
