Unbelievable> A triple plus. They were one the best experience. Gave a great price. Was on time. With two hours they was done.

Greg came later that day, did a diagnosis, secured a unique part the NEXT day then fixed it. Awesome experience.

The tech was professional (put boot protectors on when coming through my house), and did a great job.

For me was the case of finding somebody to do the work in a quick manner.

I had to email them a few times before I was able to get my service scheduled. Once it was scheduled, the service tech called 30 minutes before the end of the 4 hour appointment timeframe to let me know he would be running half an hour late so we had to cancel. This was frustrating as my fiance took the afternoon off of work to accommodate the appointment and had to leave for a meeting. Despite this the woman who I scheduled with was helpful and the tech did a great job at the second scheduled appointment. Overall pleased with the service but disappointed with the scheduling. I suppose this is to be expected with businesses that run specials like this.

Everything went well

Adam called about 1/2 hour before arrival and got here as expected. First he checked the furnace and changed the filter. After a quick look at the thermostat, he went out to the condenser outside and inspected the wiring, freon level, fuses and casing. Adam asked if there was a hose nearby and he grabbed that and cleaned the coils. When he was done, he came up and said that everything checked out AOK. I really didn't think there would be any problems because the A/C has been working fine, but I'm selling my condo and thought it might be a good idea to show the most recent service to any prospective buyers. It's nice to work with an honest company that doesn't recommend services you don't need.
