Joe is a nice guy, but is totally unreliable! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! He replaced a multiport valve with a "temporary fix", but ghosted us when we needed to have the correct part. He broke a jet on our spa, and promised to fix it. Again, a no show. Last summer we put in a brand new filter grid (with another company). He took it to clean it in the fall, replaced when he opened the pool and now we are being told we need another filter grid and the one we have is old. I think he replaced our grid with another client's grid. We are out hundreds of dollars from his mistakes. I have left several messages with no response!

Chilly did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my pool and replacing filter grids after heavy rainfall flooded my pool with mud from the hill above my house. Joe assessed the situation (pool water was murky brown thanks to so much mud), cleaned it, replaced some damaged grids, balanced the water’s chemicals. It was sparkling when he finished. He clearly explained everything as he did the job. I have used three other pool companies and Chilly did the best job by far.
