"Firstly, the customer stated repeatedly that the floors were going to be replaced immediately following the paint job. The pricing which included walls, ceiling and trim except laundry and closets at a price for 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with materials included was a exceptional deal! The start date was repeatedly pushed back as she stated she needed to get the money from credit cards. She then requested for a refund of Half the cost for an area behind the refrigerator and a few areas on the ceiling! That was totally irrational. Due to the clutter of her home it was very difficult to maneuver and required constantly moving furniture around to access areas to be painted. We agreed and then followed up to do the corrections with no problem or hesitation. In fact times we attempted to come back out she stated she wasn’t home! Long story short everyone cannot be pleased and in this instance it seems this customer just wanted a reason to request a refund for half the amount on an entire house painted. We additionally offered to clean the carpet which was going to be replaced and was told not to worry about it. We can only conclude that she was upset that her request to add the laundry room for free was denied however, that is why we send quotes with the details of the job to avoid confusion."
