Awesome job from initial call to office (Thanks Michelle) to meeting OZ (Mike). Mike took the time to explain how the fire place worked (never had one) to what makes a fire place a fireplace to what type of fireplace I had from top to bottom and beyond! He even brought his own bucket truck! He was extremely honest, direct and truley educational. He came when he said he would, had the cap ready when he said he would, it cost what he said it would...and he came down and put it on. Mike makes an excellent product, is a great communicator, and goes the extra mile. Now I don't have to worry about uninvited guests making a home in my chimney! He also took the extra time to teach me about my fireplace and secure the tarp on my roof. Thanks, Mike!

Mike did a good job from start to finish. I have encountered a number of businesses that are hard to reach and slow to respond to calls and emails. Mike is always very responsive. He does what he commits to, and does it in a timely matter. He provided good pictures of his work before and after completion. I recommend him without any reservation. He will take good care of you.

<p>There is only one company down here that does this service so you have to pay what they want. He showed up on time and they do what you want them to. We have used them on and off for years because they are the only ones. As more homes get built the wait is a little bit longer. He comes in, sweeps the chimney and gives you a bill. He is not very talkative.  </p>

The man babbled on about how fireplaces are appliances and have to be replaced every 20 years (our house was 11 years old and we had not used the fireplace in the four years we lived there).  Without doing much more than filling out a form stating that our fireplace was unsafe, he then said I owed him $60. Most providers I have dealt with take credit card, but he didn't. "Cash or check,only," he said. I had used the last of our checks since we were moving away and was not sure how much cash I had. I jokingly asked what he'd do if I didn't have the cash. He chillingly told me in detail how he would place a lien on our house. I quickly dug up the cash, handed it to him and said, "Here's the easiest $60 you have ever made." He grinned an evil grin and said, "Oh, I've made easier." Somehow, I believe that was the most factual statement he made while at my house. <br /> Not sure how he came up with his estimate on fixing the fireplace, which we feel certain cost us the sale of the house, because the buyers backed out once they heard that estimate. We got a reputable fireplace company to come in to give an estimate, which was less than $500. <br /> Oz is Wicked. <br />

My fireplace and chimney had not been used in 8 years, and I wsanted to know if it was safe to light a fire.  He checked everfything and declared us Good To Go!   <br /> He was courteous, professional, punctual..... just perfect! <br />

I have used this service before and will definitely use 'OZ' again and give it my highest recommendation.  It is unusual to find someone this reliable and good in today's service environment.

We were very impressed with Mr. Osmulski. We asked him to do an inspection of our chimney.  We anticipated that he would come and do a quick look.  He showed up on time and spent over an hour with us.  He inspected our chimney and made sure everything was in working order (the damper was frozen shut and he opened it for no additional charge).  He spent time explaining options for a chimney cap, as well as, the proper tools and equipment we should use and what kind of wood to burn for safe fires.  As noted above, Mr. Osmulski took the time to emphasize very strongly  education, safety, and security in the use of fireplaces.  It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the future. <br />

The man is a pro. <br /> He was very knowledgeable about chimney construction and  explained all aspects of chimney-fireplace function and repair. <br /> He makes the chimney caps himself with very high grade quality materials and his prices are very reasonable. <br /> His installation was timely, flawless and performed in a very professional manor. No mess was left behind.,  <br /> I would highly recommend him to anyone and frankly... we are lucky to have him in our area. <br />

He took before and after pics and emailed them to me since I could not be there when the work was finished.

He did a very good job. The fireplace is very clean. My chimney was leaking and he straightened that out. He explained the hazardous of operating the fireplace and what I should do and what I should not do.
