Vasiliy gave me two options, full tear down and rebuild or partial rebuild, but it seemed to make better sense to do the full rebuild. Vasiliy and his crew did a great job with the work, and kept me informed the entire way. He arranged the City inspection after the work was done. He also gave me some tips on better care for the chimney.

Team (2) arrived promptly when expected. Very courteous, and pleasant. Cleaned the gas fireplace and inspected for safety . All went smoothly as anticipated. Would repeat this service in a heartbeat. Great service.

I got the Angie's List special deal for cleaning and inspecting. It took a few tries for me to reach them, but once I did they came out and did a good job.

Vitaly is absolutely amazing, extremely hard working and a perfectionist. As a prior fireman he is very safety conscious. We had 2 fireplaces done and they now work beautifully. My living room use to fill with smoke every time I used it. Now the draft is so good that is no longer a problem. Also, throughout the process there was very little mess or dust since he was so meticulous about protecting my house and cleaning up. I would highly recommend Vitaly for any of your fireplace needs.

Vitaliy and his crew did nothing short of an excellent job re-lining my chimney for both the fireplace and the furnace and putting a new cap on the chimney top. He was clear in the work that needed to be done, provided an estimate that was cheaper than the competition, and his crew did a bang-up job; they unexpectedly had to rebuild part of the firebox when the old bricks crumbled, but didn't increase the fee for the work, and they even repointed the exterior of the chimney at no extra charge. On top of that, Vitality was very responsive to my questions and needs and informative in his advice on my options. The crew, too, were punctual, fast and courteous, and they left the place as clean as when they started. I've used the fireplace several times and am very pleased with their work; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chimney Inspectors.

I have a 40 year old fireplace and chimney in need of repair to be safely used. They did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside, showed me the pictures and where repairs were required. Their knowledge was excellent! Chimney Inspectors were extremely professional, competent and clean. The price was fair for this work and the need to get it done by competent professionals that back up their work. This work requires the right weather which caused some delays on some of the outside finish work - which was smart. If they had done the work in cold weather, it is likely to have failed. They came through and finished the job when the weather was appropriate. They always responded to my calls and always addressed and resolved my concerns. Removing the old liner is dirty work and they did it without leaving a trace of ash/dirt in the house. The new chimney flue, cap work great. The job was clean and well done. I had complete confidence in the owner and his team during the job. Chimney inspectors will be my go-to chimney company from now on.

As expected

My project went really well. I was tremendously impressed with owner Vitaliy's knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, responsiveness, and attitude. He made the whole process easy, and was very patient with my questions and whining. I gave the company a C for price because they seem to charge what everyone else charges (I had two or three other quotes). While I don't begrudge them that, I can't exactly say that their price was anything special. Vitaliy pointed out some chimney work that should be done on the house's two chimneys. While I agree with him, it comes back to price. His quote-- which I have no doubt is fair market price-- is just too much money right now, and, in my opinion, far too much money for the job.

I had a great experience with Chimney Inspectors LLC. Vitaliy, the owner, cleaned and inspected my chimney. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. His crew installed a metal chimney liner, flue, and new chimney cap; and performed masonry repairs inside and outside. They were polite and hard working. When all was done, Vitaliy came back and installed the new fireplace doors I had ordered; and provided a product to clean the soot off the brick fireplace surround. I was very impressed with his expertise in all things relating to chimneys, fireplaces, and wood stoves; and with his responsiveness to customer communications. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

He quickly diagnosed and fixed the pilot light and vacuumed inside fireplace and gave it a good cleaning. Great job
