Beware. Crew not professional, owner not helpful. After incorrectly and not up to code- installing a new unit (that did not heat or cool) and spending thousands, owner refuses to return our money. These funds are now required, for the corrective repairs to be made- by a different contractor- to my roof, new unit, duct work and thermostat that were damaged or not completed at all.

From the call to the business for a quote, to the estimate visit, to the scheduling and day of removal and installation, all was seamless and easy. Communication through all stages was great. The crew was accomidating,coordinating and professional. From the explaination of the new system to the set up of the thermostat by the installer- nothing was overlooked or too small for them to consider. Their organization made my situation a priority and left me feeling that my family matterered. I am impressed, the system is fantastic and will recommend them in the future!

Excellent. From Rachel in the office who is in charge of appointments and contacts to Bill the overseer and requisition of materials to Bob and his team, all were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to explain anything along the way. The job took four days and we never saw anyone do anything except focus on the job at hand.
