The price doubled from the original quote without consultation and when we questioned the invoice we were told that was the cost and that he had to buy a new ladder. When I told him I would be reviewing this on home advisor he became very negative and combative despite our best camera having recorded his team being vocal and rude about the property being so tall or having snow stakes. If you only care about the job getting done, hire them. If you care about the people doing it and what you will be charged, don t.

"Request for service was made after things had frozen, we charged for the time spent there (4hrs). Nothing was charged for a ladder client mentioned only the time to complete the task of climbing a 2 story building below freezing to clean completely filled and frozen gutters. As for the foul language of my workers, I have brought this up to the ones that performed the work. - Eric"

I sent a late night Quote request, and by 7:30 in the morning, I had a reply, a quote, AND they were out to my dad s house that same day! Chip s Clips was prompt, and has amazing professional customer service with a personal touch! And yes, they do great work too!!!

They responded as soon I requested a quote. They came right out and gave us a estimate. They came out the next day and did the work I wanted done. Did a really good job. I would recommend them to anyone.
