Daniel Creasy is an awesome HVAC tech. He was able to quickly and thoroughly inspect all components of my Central AC system and isolate the problem. He was professional, polite, and courteous and answered any questions I had. Choates should buy Daniel a Surf and Turf dinner with 2 Fosters as well as a raise.

Terrible service by plumber. Plumber came on Friday at 4pm to look at leak in front yard. I showed him location where water was flowing. His responses was to get leak detection for $550. I told him why was it needed if we could see water flowing. He said since house was on slope it could be coming from somewhere else and flowing down. I trusted him and leak detection guy came on 02/17z. Leak detection guy said detection not needed and plumber has to dig and figure out where leak is. After leak detection guy left, same plumber who came on 02/13 gave me multiple quotes ranging from $1400 to $6800 and still refused to dig and figure out where the leak was. Waste of my time!!! I have reached out for $550 refund since no leak detection was done. Extremely disappointed.

Had Choates replace my ac unit, but not the furnace. Its caused nothing but headaches. They banged around the furnace and come winter it wouldn't run. A tech came out and the burner was out of place. Nobody checked the furnace after moving it around. The coldest days of winter came furnace not keeping up. Another tech comes out. They didn't bother check to make sure the new thermostat was compatible with the furnace. Now the ac unit isn't keeping up. tech recommends new blower or new furnace. I look into it myself and the dip switches have been set wrong and that is all that needed adjustment. How are you going to charge that much, but not provide a good service? Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Joseph phoned he was on his way. He arrived in the time he stated and began work immediately. He checked the system upstairs and outside and found the problem, replaced, and kept us informed of his findings and progress. He was very professional.
