Excellent service and work.

All services were bid on and then Steve called and followed up on his bid, asking for the job.... He is the only contractor that did followed up after submitting a bid. He and his crew were very professional and cleaned up every thing after the jobs was complete. We were very satisfied with the quality of work that they provided.

The crew replaced the roofs in 1 day. The gutter crew did their job in 3 hours.

started on the roof and found there was wood shingles present and Steve worked w/ insurance company and had them pay for the wood shake shingles to be removed and have the whole roof redecked. New shingles were installed and it looked great and have had no problems whatsoever.

Excellent experience! Steve was on-time very professional. I had other contractors out before who seemed rushed and not able to articulate the process. Steve took his time to explain the process and schedule a follow-up with the insurance adjuster. Roof met the damage criteria and new roof was in process. Steve showed at the site daily to make sure the work was going as planned. Clean-up was great and new roof installed to perfection. Would highly recommend Steve!!

Steve was our second estimate on getting the work done. He was extremely knowledgeable on different brands, types and manufacturers warranties on asphalt shingles. What won us over was his honesty and lack of "high pressure sales pitch" that we experienced from the first company and many times more previously when we had anyone over to give us estimates to do work on or in our home. Prior to the installation Steve recommended that we remove all fragile items from our walls as well from our bookcase that was touching the wall because of the possible vibrations during removal and replacement of our roof. This is something my wife and I would not have thought of without him recommending it. Day 1. His team removed the old shingles and tar paper on the first day and had the new tar paper installed. He arranged the delivery of the new shows shingles at the end of the day. Day 2. The crew and Steve showed up :10 early on the next morning. Once they began the installation of the shingles I was very happy to see that they cleaned up as they went along. They finished late in the afternoon, picked up all the debris in the yard and then used a big roller magnet to get any roofing nails that were in my yard. They hauled away the dumpster they had on site. Day 3. Steve and the gutter guy showed up. The old gutters and down spouts were removed and the new seamless gutters and downspouts were installed. They both walked around our house and cleaned up after the job. My wife and I were so pleased by Choice Exteriors punctuality, ability to follow directions (keeping the gate closed so our dog wouldn't get out), quality of the work and friendly customer service. We will happily recommend Steve's company for our neighbors and friends!
