Timothy did a fantastic job replacing our toilet in our bathroom. He explained everything as he worked, helped us to get the best pricing possible on the job and was very friendly with my four year olds of daughter who was thrilled to receive an ECO sticker! Timothy went above and beyond to help us today and we will definitely be using ECO Plumbers again!

The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts.

This is the worst home warranty one can purchase. While the contract specifically states that they will pay up to $3,000 for any appliance repair, when the technician comes back even with a $500 repair, they then state they want to purchase a replacement appliance for you instead. Then it goes to a special department and they offer you, as they did in my case $545 for replacement of a $11,290 double wall oven. They asked where can I buy one for that, they say they only provide what they consider they can buy it for but they don;t offer actual purchase. If you disagree, your only option is to pay for arbitration, out of your own pocket. They know that most are not going to do that and will just take the money offered.

This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job.

This review is concerning," CHOICE HOME WARRANTY", and not the tech that came to my home, he was excellent. My component would not be covered because according to CHOICE it was not due to, "normal wear and tear"'. The part that broke was the handle used to open and close the micro/convection oven, mind you the item was about 15 years old, of constant day and night opening and closing, if that's not normal wear and tear, i don't know. I even found an article from GE PROFILE that said the handle could eventually break off the hinge due to normal wear and tear, i told CHOICE about the article but they still refused to accept it as normal wear and tear. The end result they offered to give me a-gift to LOWES to purchase another machine, in the offer they say its enough to buy a similar machine to what i had, but the offer is for a microwave only not a microwave/convection oven. I appreciate the offer but don't think its appropriate that is why i give such a poor rating. Also remember i had to pay a deductible of $75 to have a tech come to my home.

The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later

The folks from Omar’s are fantastic! From start to finish they were flexible with my schedule and kept communication open. The service person showed up on time, fixed my problem, and was done in MAYBE 15 mins! It was a perfect transaction!

Very smooth and fast

Brad, the technician for Tom's Appliance Service, provided excellent and friendly service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am not happy with Choice Home Warranty, however. When purchasing 3 contracts for 3 houses, I was promised service within 24-72 hours. The service was not completed until a week later.

Everything went well. My rusted out pipes behind my washer was replaced. The plumber was very good and efficient. He did an excellent job, most of all the job took less time than I thought it would take. We were without water for a short period of time.

I was a little scared from ready reviews from other people who here sent this company. The company sent Rudy(sts Garage door) but worked under Winston garage door . Rudy game to the house on time with part in hand to fix the garage door . Fixed door in 30 mins and was gone. I was smart and had part number ready for the company so they didn’t have to come back a second time . But if you know what is broken and can see a part number, do yourself a favor and tell them.

Project not complete. Coming back Thursday to finish! I thought $ 85.00 was all I had to pay! You need to be very sure customers understand you may not cover all! I had to borrow money from my brother! Suggestion, tell customers up-front they may have to pay more than the $85, depending on the project!

The contractor was amazing however the choice warranty insurance policy was not worth touching. The policy alludes to helping you but tries to develop excuses as to why they should not do what they said they would do. I would not recommend choice home warranty insurance. However, the contractor was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend the contractor.

Horrible. First of all they use the cheapest low grade help that they can find. Then they look for ways to get out of properly fixing or to reject the claim. Just recently a company came out to my home, supposedly fix the issue and then the issue persisted. On top of that they were supposed to come one day didn't come and lied and said they contacted me. I would not recommend choice warranty to anybody they use the absolute bottom of the barrel help!

We have been very happy with Choice Warranty. Repairs have been done on a timely basis over the length of our contract.

As soon as the oven came he came and fixed it. I am a happy camper.

Fast response from Choice and from their repair technician. Fixed the dishwasher in one visit without problems. Highly recommended!!!

He found the issue and repaired it. Took the time to lubricate all parts while they were exposed.
