Chris & his assistant came out immediately to assess the problem. Came back with parts (a new transformer) the next day and installed & rewired. Cost was less than I'd expected. Will be glad to recommend him to all my family, friends & neighbors should they need an electrician. :-)

First I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was contacted by Chris Cook Electric. It was literally within a minute of putting my need on Angie's list. I explained my need and that I needed help right away wiring an electric water heater. Chris took care of it the very next morning and did an awesome job. It was wired properly and neatly, the way it should be done. He was also super professional and I will definitely be calling on him again. I so appreciate him getting to me right away and couldn't be more pleased with the job.

Called Chris to fix cooktop wiring in fathers house. Came out following day & promptly fixed cooktop, charging only estimated service fee. Appreciated his professional explanation of the hazards of dads outdated electrical panel from the 1950's. After verifying details online, I agreed to replace. So glad he mentioned this because we have experienced dangerous issues with current still running thru wires while circuit breaker turned off & installing security lights & hot water heater. Chris was respectful of my parents being without electricity while he completed project & made sure the timing was convenient for them. Circuit panel installed at reasonable price too. I live out of town and rely upon Angie's List reviews. I'm glad I did and would recommend calling Chris for your next project.

"Probably my competitor. I am very nice to my customers. You know what they say. You can pee in my ear and say it’s raining ?outside. I don’t have to believe what you are saying. LOL ?. If this was true I wouldn’t still be in business after 22 years for my self, would I? Also I have found out you can’t please everyone all the time no matter how hard you try. Call us and find out for yourself. I have 200 reviews on Home Advisor all or most all are 5 stars ratings see for your self. You don’t get 200 great reviews for being rude to your customers do you? Our customers and our reviews are our only source of staying in business. Everyone has a bad day every now and then. It might be your day or it might be my day. You never know what is going on in someone’s life like your Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, Aunt, Uncle or Nephew or Niece suddenly passing away or dying. We all go through these hard times in our lives. All you can do is take another step up life’s ladder. ???"

<p>I called Chris Cook on New Year's eve to schedule an appointment for him to come to my house and give me a price. Chris was available that day and showed up within an hour of my call. We went over the work I wanted done and he said he would e-mail me a proposal. I received the proposal later that night and scheduled Chris Cook to come out the next week. </p> <p>Chris arrived with a helper by 8:30am, they had some trouble running the new electrical due to the lack of room in the attic and had to cut in 2 new access panels in order to run the new line. Once the new electrical line was installed, they began fixing the minor electrical issues we were having, and even though they were running a bit behind schedule, they even took the time to help disconnect and remove the old cook top and wall oven. There was quite a mess left over from cutting the access panels through the sheetrock in several rooms, but Chris made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.<br /> <br /></p> <p>All work was performed as originally agreed upon and I will definitely use Chris Cook Electric again.</p> <br />
