Chris Jackson contractors were asked to come behind a company that left my bathroom shower project not completed. After Chris the job, he gave a price that was fair. We agreed to proceed for the work to be done. Chris and team came and did a great job fixing many mistakes of the previous contractor. They really cleaned up a mess. They completed more work in one day than the previous contractor did in a week. Chris and team worked and 8 hour day unlike the previous contractor. Chris and team did everything that was quoted and didn't try to charge me extra. It was refreshing dealing with a contractor like Chris, honesty and professionalism was at the top of chart with them. I will continue to use Chris Jackson Contracting whenever I have work that needs done. I have contracted with Chris and team to do some work in my kitchen as a result from the work they performed in my bathroom. Great team, great work!

Interior Painting or Staining: 1 - 2 Rooms
I purchased an older home and had a few rooms that needed painting. Chris was the one of many contractors that reached out to me. I looked at all of his great reviews and we set up an appointment for a quote. Chris was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I hired him and scheduled the job. Great communication in between and I gave him the paint colors for each room. On the day scheduled, two of his workers (who Chris identified for me) showed up on time. They were professional, friendly, respectful of my time, home and belongings. They had to move furniture to paint the walls and ceiling and cleaned up afterwards. It was a 2 day job and my bedroom, office and hallway look fantastic. The work they did was exemplary. No dabs of different color paint on the ceiling or along the baseboards. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I am happy that I chose Chris and his team and will be calling on him again for future projects.

Chris is very professional and experienced. He not only completed all the repairs I originally hired him for, but also took the time to thoroughly check the house and point out other items that needed attention.
He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues.
Chris is detail-oriented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, the job site was left clean, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman.

The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never.

Need repairs at my rental home, it was easy to get a free estimate. He scheduled to services quickly to avoid additional water damage. Communication was seamless throughout the process and provided pictures to ensure work was completed as well as recommendations for maintenance to avoid additional repairs . I was contacted by Chris on Monday from a request for a quote on Angi on Sunday. Chris came on Wednesday to give me a quote and had his crew Tony and Nick there on Friday. They were very thorough, and polite. When talking with Chris, it seemed like no task was too small. They fixed my toilet, re-caulked my shower, fixed my kitchen sink and cleaned out my dryer vent. Chris's contracting crew was one the best experiences I have had in a long while. Ethan and Grant were awesome. They were very informative and double double check their work to make sure I no longer had any leaks from my toilet into my kitchen ceiling. They cleaned their area and work great together as a team. The painter (sorry I could not remember your name) with the cool earring was also very professional and explained each steps. Chris and his guys are the most prompt and reliable crew to work with. He did some outside work at our house (deck repair and staining and some other repair work) and also did a ton of important jobs for my mom (cleaning the boiler heat exchanger, creating a small dog fence area very quickly and repairing a deck). His costs feel fair and he is very communicative and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. We’re very glad to have such a capable, responsive, honest person to contact when we need home repairs.
