We had a tree that spit and landed in a pretty dangerous place. We wanted to remove the tree without causing damage. Chris and his team did great. Removed the tree and cleaned up their mess. Great company

5-12-26 text when he was going to start and requested $1,000 upfront in cash, said checks take two weeks to clear. So we gave him $1,000 upfront. Now I am 79 and I had eye surgery for one eye scheduled for 5/13. He came on5/12 with a small tractor and took out old dying grass. On 5/13 he had sod delivered and had two guys with him, but these guys didn t seem to know what they were doing and didn t speak English. Began to install grass, but did not level out the dirt first, therefore it is very uneven with sink holes big as my foot. Did not roll it after they were done. Parkway has one whole piece missing, both sides of our yard have way uneven edges. Spots look like they pulled grass off a patch and just pushed down on bare spots and that died right away and blew away. I will send pictures with this to shows what I am talking about. That day when finished they were done I looked from the porch with my eye surgery that day , it looked ok and my husband did not walk the lawn either, that was our mistake, but thought he would do it right. On Friday morning I called Chris, the contractor and explained my concerns and could he come out and look. He said no but he would come out on Sunday, never came and never called, and this is Tuesday May 15 and no calls or texts. We also paid him the balance I. Cash, which the total contract was $3650. If he thinks this job is good he is terrible at laying sod, I looked up and inquired about how to install and it should have been rolled before and after installation to make is level and roots to take, plus missing whole pieces and uneven edges on my neighbors sides, totally unacceptable work. Don t know what to do since he won t call or come by as he said he would, when I told him what was wrong.

Very disappointed in their work, two of our shrubs died after two months, he would not replace them ( not even a year guarantee), sloppy work on the landscape fabric as grass and weeds are growing up thru it. The crew also damaged two of my sprinkler irrigation pipes that I had to replace, he did not offer to replace or compensate for any this. Pitiful--do not recommend

Chris and his team were very professional and explained exact what they were going to be each step of the way. I would highly recommend Chris Nance and his team for any Brick and Mortar repair or replacement!! Excellent customer service

I’m very satisfied with the landscaping job Chris and his crew did. Chris made several excellent recommendations for plant material and for replacing a flower box that improved the overall look of the finished product. I would recommend using Chris, and I will use him again.

Chris and his team did a great job and were also very pleasant to have in our home and on our property. The retaining wall and tree removal turned into a bigger job than anticipated but they did it beautifully. I highly recommend Chris and Dreamscape.

Great customer service. Chris was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were meticulous. My only issue was with the choice of limestone slabs.

Chris was awesome, I had several sinkholes that had formed in my yard and were rather unsightly and frankly quite dangerous, Chris and his team came out and filled them and leveled them all off, great job, no more worrying about falling while walking my dog through the yard at night for his evening bathroom trip. Lol

Chris and his team at Dreamscapes did an awesome job on my lawn. I appreciate everything from the reasonable quote, the work done, and work ethics. I will continue to refer Dreamscapes to my family and friends who needs landscaping done.
