We had a metal roof (Englert standing seam) and gutters installed on our older home, but the fit and finish were truly subpar. No headwall flashing installed, exposed fasteners, crooked hip caps, unseamed hems... The gutters didn't work as there was an inch or more of daylight between the dripline and the gutter opening. They came back several times and completely replaced a third of the roof and attempted to adjust the gutters, but things still look pretty bad (even from the street) and the gutters essentially don't work. Eventually we just stopped hearing back. The crew that did the work were polite and efficient, but ultimately we regret hiring them for this work and I fully expect needing to replace some or all of it in the future. Having spent $16,000+ to have this work done professionally is both embarrassing and infuriating.

We are trying to get him since the past three months. He came out and he looked at it and I had to chase him for 2-3 weeks. We are not happy with him. It is just hard to get a hold of him. Sometimes he says he is going to show up and he doesn’t. We would never recommend him or use him again. He still hasn’t done the job. All he has done is to put a couple of metal things on to the side to frame it and that is barely done. He is charging us $16,000 and we have only given him a third of that right now. We found him on Angie’s List.

Went very well.  Chris was responsive by email, professional and articulate, did what he said he'd do and only missed the target by a few days due to bad weather.  He stayed in his price, did excellent cleanup and the roof looks great.  I highly recommend him and his services. <br />

I signed a contract with this company and was provide a copy of their insurance certificate.  I appreciated the fact that he didn?t want to be paid anything until the job was done and I was satisfied.   This is how all contractors should work.  The job was supposed to begin on Thursday but they never showed.  I called Chris (the owner) he apologized, explaining that they had run into some unexpected problems on their current job and would begin on Friday.  His crew of 4 began work on Friday at 10 AM.  I was thoroughly impressed by his guys.  They took the time to protect out flower beds, laid tarp on the lawn and worked hard all day.  These guys didn?t stop every few minutes to take breaks they were hard at it.  By the end of day one the roof was stripped and the deck was completely prepped, and several courses of new shingles had started going down.  They cleaned up as they went along.   Day two came; they arrived at 8 AM and started working.  They worked through the persistent pouring rain and were completed by 3 PM.  They cleaned up and and when they left we had only a few minor things to touch up.  The house looked great and I would recommend them. <br /> <br />

Overall they did good work. Show up on time, clean etc. Getting Him to come back and fix small issues after the work is done is another problem. You will have contact him 3 to 4 times before you get a response. still waiting for warranty repairs from winter 2013. <br />

He did the entire roof.  He is very personable, knowledgeable, and does the work well and efficiently.

Chris and his did an excellent job installing a metal roof,completing the job in 2 days. His crew's work was well executed and any adjustments I requested were handled quickly. His pricing was by far the best in the area when compared to several other contractors quotes and the overall quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent.
