Great experience! 10/10

Our central AC stopped working. The office was closed but I called their emergency number. My call was returned immediately. The very nice & pleasant service tech guy was here within an hour and had the AC up & running in no time. He checked the main unit outside & all the vents inside. I’m only sorry we can’t remember his name. This was incredible service! Thank you Christensens Plumbing.

We just had a service call handled by a young man by the name of Nick. He replaced our humidifier and I want to say what a professional job he did from the moment he came in the door. You have an excellent employee which I needed to express my sincere thanks for the way he handled my service call start to finish!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Hi! I wanna thank everyone there at Christensen’s plumbing. I called out of the blue after finding you online and talked to Carmen. She is awesome. I told her I grew up in Huntington and cold Spring Harbor, but I lived in Colorado for many years. We traded some good stories about concerts at Red Rocks in Denver. I tried to install a nest thermostat in my sister’s house in Huntington Bay while I was visiting as I have installed numerous of the thermostats before. This one however, gave me fits because there were so many crazy wires coming from the air handler. It was like a rats nest of wires of all different colors and no rhyme or reason. Carmen was able to have someone come out the same day that I called and I believe there were two technicians who fixed and completed the installation. Apparently I needed a relay that wasn’t there. Thank you so much for taking care of it and for being a great family run company to work with. I’m sure my sister or I will call you again for any kind of service or installation that she needs. Nick was fabulous! Carmen was very nice too. Everyone was very nice! They fixed everything! Now my furnace will last another 20years! Great job and now I’m toasty warm!

Great! They were able to locate the mysterious leak and repair it. We have used them a few times before. They are prompt and kind to work with. I would highly recommend them to others.

I needed a gas line installed in my back yard for a BBQ grill. I first called Roto Router who wanted anywhere between $1,500 and $2,500 to do the job and I even had a gas meter right there. I found Christensen Plumbing, he came by and gave me an estimate for $600. He came a few days later as scheduled and did the job. They were prompt, courteous and very fast!. We even had to leave for a while and felt comfortable leaving them in our house. Would absolutely hire them again.

Good work, in general, but some things "fellthrough the cracks" in 2012. <br />

<br /> Eric had to solder the pipe coupling that was leaking free from the hot water pipe.  Once the damaged section was removed, Eric replaced the pipe and elbow joint with a new section.  The entire process was no more than 30 minutes.

Job was in tfour stages: <br /> 1.       National Grid had to bring a gas line to the house.  This can take a couple of months depending on their schedule and clearance from the town. <br /> 2.       Once the gas line was brought to the house Christensen had to run a line into the house and install a fixture so it could be inspected by the town and given the ok to proceed.  This is a potential bottleneck if not coordinated which I am pleased to say was done.  This phase of the operation was done right after the hurricane and Christensen brought their own generator so they would have power as mine was out. <br /> 3.       Removal of oil fired boiler and installation of gas hot water heater and new boiler.  This was done in a day and I had hot water by evening. <br />  4.       Removal of oil tank from basement which was done on another day and took about 4-5 hours.
