They did a very good job on the cleaning. Showed up on time and got it done quickly. They kind be hard to get a hold of and actually showed up twice. Not a huge deal in the end; the chimney got cleaned and the price was great!

A time and date to provide a quote was agreed to. Christian brothers called before the appointment and showed up exactly on time. They inspected the chimney, examined the pictures taken by the home inspector, read the report, and provided a quote on the spot. It addressed the issues on the home inspection report and did not try to press for additional repairs not identified in the report. Other quotations that I received wanted to completely rebuild the chimney even though each company admitted the chimney was serviceable and operating properly. Once I agreed to the repairs, price, and completion time frame they exceeded expectations by providing a veteran discount even though I did not ask for one, gave me a picture of the complete job, and actually completed the job well ahead of the their repair time frame and within 3 hours of receiving the quote. They restored my faith in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Not well. It was the guys first time on the job. He cleaned the fireplace and didn't plan to clean the chimney until my husband reminded him. He didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Poorly, there was an american with a hispanic gentleman. The hispanic staff member did all of the work while the other guy watched him work the entire time. The american inspected the chimney and then told me I needed several thousand dollars in repairs. I had a different company come out to give me an estimate on the same work and they said I didn't need any work done on my chimney. They were curious why I thought I did and I explained the history. The guy said he had heard that same story from other customers.

It went smoothly once the weather cooperated. The owner was good about rescheduling around the rain. The owner threw in some extra repair work on a second chimney that we did not realize we needed. He was easy to work with and conscientious. He was not always punctual but once he arrived, he would spend as much time as needed explaining the work and my options. We would hire him again.

I purchased the service directly from Angie's List and NEVER heard from the company. I gave them a few days to respond and then called them directly and still got no reply. I then contacted Angie's List for their assistance. They reach out the the company and apparently spoke to someone there and reported that they would be contacting me directly . . . still I never heard from them. I ended up cancelling payment and having to go with another vendor. Paying money for work not provided was bad enough, but the really frustrating part of this is that I had a deadline for this job and had to waste time I didn't have trying to get a response from them. Since I never heard from anyone there I am still not sure what the issue was, but there is nothing worse than when a company tries to make their problem the customers program. As such, I would strongly advise avoiding the risk and going with someone else.

They were quick and prompt. They said they could pre-fab the fireplace and fix the cracks, but it was on an extremely cold day and the concrete had frozen in the tub.

They were extremely responsive and professional - he was right on time, called me shortly before his arrival, and was pleasant, informative, and extremely efficient. He left the fireplace immaculate, and even cleaned (and organized) our fake logs. They're coming back to put a new chimney cap on next week (the roof was inaccessible due to snow/ice), and I look forward to hiring them to clean our chimneys/fireplaces in the future.

It was fine. It was such a simple service, I don't even know how to grade it. It was $99 to use a scrub brush and a vacuum cleaner. It was all fine.

I bought a deal for $125 for a new chimney cap. They got here 3 hours late and only notified me after they were already almost 2 hours late. Once they got here they said I had a chase cover and not chimney cap so it would be $950 instead. $800 difference for the same amount of stainless steel and ridiculous. Plus I had to take off half a day of work. The guys were nice but I won't be hiring them again.

There is a difference between a chimney cap and a chase cover and many times home owners do not know what they had, we had customers call prior to purchasing deal and take a picture via text message to confirm. These are two very different things and huge difference in price as chase covers are custom made for your chimney."

I bought the Angies List big deal for an inspection and sweeping of our chimney. I had to contact them to schedule the date vs waiting for them to call as the deal stated, but once that was done, they were here within a week. It took less than an hour as our chimney looked good and was fairly clean (gas logs) and the sweep gave us good suggestions to keep an eye on. I would recommend this company.

The service tech call to let me know he was on his way to my home. He was on time to the time slot that we agree upon. He was very polite and professional. He came in and did thorough cleaning of the firebox, pilot assembly, thermocouple and burner pan. He also clean the glass of the fireplace also. It took him about 30min to complete the cleaning and inspection of my fireplace. A job well done.

I use fireplace extensively so like to inspect and clean yearly to avoid any gas issues. Service tech was very pleasant, punctual and they are very easy to contact. They did a very thorough vacuum. My only thought was the logs were not removed to do so
