Too many issues to list. Never finished job or punch list. Gave up before job was done. Question contractor’s ability in the areas of plumbing, electrical, tile and finishing work. Promised job would be done in 2.5 weeks - officially left the project 9 weeks later without finishing job nor punch list. Some days I would question if anything was completed. Toilet punctured wall, wrong paint used, dirty rollers used, pocket door unfinished and inoperable, some bathroom fixtures installed upside down, mirror broken, tile crooked, left garage dirty, broke antique dresser, broke iron bed, marred doors, spilled paint on carpet, didn’t put flooring in entry closet, sink in half bath leaked and ruined sub floor, list goes on and on.

Too many issues to list here without utilizing too much space. Bottom line, do not use this contractor if you want someone who does not provide a design layout, walks out on job in the ninth inning leaving a punch list that cost over $4,000 to finish, leaves furniture broken and walls marred, plumbing errors resulting in major leaks on floor, toilet dropped through wall, shower door put on backwards, inconsistent hours, contractor expected to have his co-worker home early so kids could be picked up from school, and uses up to three hour lunches to pick up supplies, have lunch and dump materials.

The work went well. Got eah bathroom done in less than a week

Great! We needed our main bathroom project completed, carpet replaced with hardwood floors and a total kitchen overhaul. Everything looks AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about John and Ramone! Always listened to what I envisioned and offered suggestions when needed. They were always punctual, and overall a pleasure to work with. I'm looking at my kitchen as I type this and still trying to wrap my head around the fact that it's mine! We had a wall removed and they also built a closet for my washer and dryer plus storage. All in all, we are very happy. So much so, that I've recommended them to friends. I'm so glad I found Christian Home Renovators!!!

<p>John called on Friday week before to let me know they might be running behind just a bit and would know more on Monday.  He stated that they would be there on Tuesday to get started and it would take a week.  He was true to his word and worked hard to get me a beautiful bathroom in a week.   He was very professional yet very kind and listened to what I wanted.  He was not the cheapest contractor out there but he called and asked if I had made a decision.  He follow thru made him the likely candidate to redo my home.  I trust his word and his work is a refection of it.  He will be doing my master bath in couple of weeks and then on to the kitchen.  </p> <br />

It went great! They replaced everything in the bathroom. They moved a wall to maximize the space, installed shelves, etc. We are very happy with the work and the price. <br />

I was very impressed. The project only took two days to complete all projects. My husband was able to work from home to be there for any questions. After the first day I was confident that they do good work. I was very impressed with communication, cost, and attentiveness. Better yet, they exceeded our expectations and even painted our front door and cut our dryer line to have better air flow. <br /> <br /> Thank you for taking three projects off our to do list!

<p>John and his coworker were on time every day and worked diligently to complete the job in the proposed amount of time. They were very conscious of work debris and put down floor covering to protect the halls and area surrounding the work. They consulted with me on paint color, tile, and fixtures. There were a couple of instances where we asked them to move the lighting over the medicine cabinet, and the medicine cabinet came loose and a strip of trim needed to be re-nailed, but all of these things they addressed promptly and with good attitude, always asking us if anything else needed attention to be sure to call.  We have not had any issues since they completed the work last October.</p> <br />

Amazing! John and Mauro did a fantastic job with my home. The project consisted of remodeling a Kitchen, entryway, living room and dining room, moving walls, taking walls down, making the kitchen and entryway larger, painting, installing new cabinets, new tile floors, tile backs plash, custom lighting throughout, refinishing wood floors and more. They essentially did a complete remodel of 1/3, maybe  more of my home.The transformation was nothing short of incredible. I will post before and after pictures soon. Thanks Again! <br />

<p>Overall the job went very well. They were a little bit delayed in getting to us from their original estimate but once they got going everything was fine. </p>

I thought that they did a really good job. I liked the John guy a lot. Very professional and friendly. It was a small group of men that worked on the kitchen and I liked that. I don't like a lot of people coming in. He was here every day, watching what was going on. Everything he brought us that we thought was an issue he promptly took care of. Now we did have to call him back last week for something. He hasn't come back to do it but it might be another addition to the house. He takes care of the problems. This isn't even his fault, he has taken care of things for us. They did a really good job I thought.

John was very friendly, quick to respond via phone. When we had issues with our floors, the stain started to wear, he came back and fixed it with no problems, and did additional, small jobs around our house for free. Also, installed some tv's in our wall. Price was very competitive and affordable.

John and his assistant Mauro made this large project go as well as we could have ever expected from the planning stages to the cleanup.    We needed to remove a large garden tub, replace single vanity into double sink vanity while putting in a new tile shower.  John helped us plan the colors and the tile so it all went together.  They were extremely professional and helpful in every way.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to renovate their bathroom.  We love our new bathroom. <br />

It was okay.

Very good. John was booked out a few weeks but we were so pleased with the initial consultation and his fair quote that we were happy to wait for him to get to us.. The quote was right on and John coached us through some of the questions and concerns we had about tackling a project this size. He accommodated to make sure we only were without a tub/shower for minimal time, and he kept us up to date along the way.. No surprises, and quality work!

John was on time and finished the job in 5 working days.  <br /> John and his other worker were professional and timely.  They cleaned up after the job was complete. <br /> I can not wait for them to start remodeling our main floor bathroom. <br />

It was wonderful, very accommodating, anything I wanted he would do and very professional.

It went well. He was good. There was 2 men that completed the tasks that day.

We bought a home to rennovate and needed a good contractor to help with the major projects. John was great from the start. I had 2 companies provide estimates but it was John's knowledge and manner that lead me to work with him. He was patient until we were ready to start and kept in contact. From the first day until the last he kept us informed. We made a few changes along the way and he was flexible. He kept the project within budget and on time. Each of the workers were friendly and professional. I had a problem with the lighting switch in the kitchen after the project was finished, but they came right back within a few days and fixed it.  I would not hesitate to use them again. They will be my first call on any future projects. <br />
