They suck.  They could have have had expertise.  They don't have a school that they graduate from.  They don't have license and bonding.  They are separate contractors.  They don't have insurance.  This person hurt herself while she was working and I didn't want her to sue me.  Since the girl injured herself I called early to Angie's List to see so I got two thirds of the money because they were only here for an hour. 

Christine and her son showed up on time and worked the full two hours that I had paid for.  We got a lot more accomplished in that time than I thought we would.  Her son is also a handyman and looked at my kitchen faucet while he was here. <br />

We worked on organizing my workspace. I did most of the work but she got me started and gave me pointers I still follow one year later. I think I may need a tune-up soon and it will definitely be with Christine. <br />

The garage looks better now. They were punctual and efficient.

<p>Christine and Robert arrived on time. I explained what I wanted done in my craft room and they went right to work. They organized my supplies, bagged up the items to be thrown out or donated and offered suggestions for making the room safer and even cleaned out some closets for me.</p> <p>They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The cost of the service was pretty reasonable.

Christine came out and did an evaluation and discussed what her service could do and what they could not I was very impressed with Christine and her girls. Her girls were great in listening to me and orgainizing all my stuff from the move.  I was so delighted with those ladies and I will have them back as soon as my work schedule becomes normal <br />

A 2 person team were very punctual. They were suppose to clean everything from ceiling to floors as it was an empty home and a painter was coming in behind them to paint ceilings to baseboards. Tubs, toilets, and showers were cleaned well, however downstairs tiles were not clean. The painter had to go behind the cleaners and clean the tops of all doorways and doors. The painter had also pointed out the tops of all of the cabinets had not been touched which were totally disgusting! I have pictures that I will post at a later time. Overall I was very disappointed. I came in from out of state to meet the movers and unpack but had to take out over 2 hours of my time to finish cleaning. <br />

They were professional and very detail oriented. I found them to be friendly and on time. They did a thorough job and I would recommend them to everyone.

I live in Indiana.   Having recently married an old friend who lives in Las Vegas, I found myself looking for someone to help out my wife.  She has been through a rough couple of years of surgery and is disabled.  A couple of years of being bed-ridden led to her house becoming cluttered and actually unsafe to walk through.   I joined Angie's list and found Christine's Concierge service here.   I called Christine and interviewed her for almost an hour.   I was impressed with her professional demeanor but at the same time I could feel the compassion she felt as I explained my wife's circumstance.   I decided to have Chris come and meet my wife and I in person and let her give us an estimate of cost and describe the services she offered.  That meeting went well and I scheduled Chris and her assistant to start on May 22 for 5 hours.   I was greatly concerned that my wife would have much stress having things moved, organized and yes, some things thrown out by people we did not know.   From the moment they started, Chris and Iris were friendly, compassionate, and understanding of my wife's concerns.  But, at the same time, they moved forward and began making progress at cleaning up a huge mess and getting some organization back in this home.   I had to fly back to Indiana, but Chris was back on May 24 for another 5 hours.  My wife was relieved and happy with the progress being made in restoring her home.   There is more work to be done, but even after the job is done, I plan to have Christine's Concierge Service come in on a regular basis and attend to cleaning our home.   I heartily recommend Chris and her workers to anyone looking for this type of service.

Two girls came by. They were fast, friendly, great.  They even asked me to check their work and it was perfect.

Started out OK but things started to be missed.  When I would let Christine know she would give me an attitude.  She complained that I never said anything good about their work.  I tried to stick it out hoping things would improve but the last straw was when they did not clean my main bathroom at all.  When I told Christine her services were no longer required I got a few nasty emails telling me that I send her pictures from 2008 that were not related to her job.  She basically called me a liar and I found this extremely unprofessional.  You will be OK hiring her if you never have any complaints.  She does not handle constructive criticism well.

Overall it was great.  Christine was recommended to me by a friend who uses her services.  I contacted Christine and made an appointment for an estimate.  She is very personable and arrived on time.  After discussing the services I wanted she inspected the house and told me what to expect of her cleaning services.  She was also willing to schedule once a month cleaning instead of twice a month.  I will definately recommend her to any friends that would need her services.
