Established in 1979 and owned by Tom and Ted Christoff, we are a full service floor covering store and so much more. In addition to flooring for commercial and residential customers, we offer window treatments, area rugs, countertops, and professional flooring maintenance including upholstery and carpet cleaning, ceramic tile cleaning and hardwood refinishing. Our show room is designed with you in mind, well organized, brightly lit and clearly marked. We want you to enjoy your experience with us and leave with a feeling that you were treated right. We have a great selection of the finest floor coverings from Mohawk, Mannington and many other companies. We feature a large inventory of materials in stock at discounted prices. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would. We needed special arrangements due to not wanting to shut down 2 bathrooms at the same time. So they came 1 day and did one bathroom, and came a few days later to do the second bathroom so that we would have a working bathroom. They did not charge any extra for having to come out on separate days. <br />

We shopped for carpet and hardwood flooring. Vicki Steele gave us information and answered questions and helped us get the best possible price. The gentleman who came to measure was very prompt and helpful. The delivery went as scheduled and the sub-contractor they engaged to install the carpet, Barry Taylor was very nice and professional and answered our questions. Thank you! <br />

Carpet not as bright had back on e to go over stains Furniture not as bright as it is with other cleaners. Had him go over some spots on carpet and it helped a little. <br />

They were great every step of the way. About a month ago the joint between to of the laminate floor boards opened up. The owner came down and repaired it. This was eight months after installation. <br />

Being new to Jackson, I was just asked by my manager who resides outside of Jackson, to get several quotes for carpet cleaning <br /> Looking in the Yellow Pages the first service I called was CHRISTOFF and SONS. A very nice gentleman arrive on time as scheduled. He came to measure an offer a quote for carpet cleaning, He was very friendly , and appeared very knowledgeable. <br /> After he was through with measuring, he told me he would never be able to get he carpet as clean as it was now. He went on to explain the fibers in the Berber were were scratched and that was why it would be a waste of time and money to have cleaned. The representative from CHRISTOFF and SONS gave me two options; basically have it cleaned for $577, or buy new carpet, which would he felt was really be our best option. I thanked him kindly for his time and would be in contact with his company if his quote fit into our budget. <br /> I talk to other professionals in Jackson about this quote for carpet clean. I swear all of the laughed at me as the woman I talked with were all born and raised in and around Jackson. They explained that CHRISTOFF and SONS did clean carpets, but their primary businesses was to SELL carpet and other floor products. <br /> Needless to say of the four quote I received, this was certainly the highest. <br />

The services were great! They're very helpful when in the showroom, and the installers were obliging; for example, they moved my piano for me. They were very responsive with answering a question we had even after work was done about six months later. We were very pleased and they did exactly what we wanted!

They did a beautiful job! The technician got the rugs very clean. One of my friends had used them too, but she said they left her rug too wet. However I was satisfied with them overall and I have no complaints.
