Chris, Matt, and their employees did excellent work for us to replace our combi boiler and on-demand hot water heater. They fit us in quickly before a cold snap and worked long hours to get the job completed. The whole system looks great and they clearly take pride in their work. They have been responsive and timely about any follow-up tweaks to the system to get it running correctly. Their communication has been clear and response time is quick. Would definitely recommend!

I initially hired them to fix frozen pipes and a broken water meter. They responded quickly to my call even though it was right after a blizzard. They also diagnosed that I had considerably high pressure, 110 in the house and adjusted that accordingly. I also chose to have them install a small heating system in the space under my house to help reduce problems with future pipe freezes. I have an unusual situation where my house is elevated because I am in a flood zone which makes the lower pipes more prone to freezing. They got the entire system and plumbing work done in a single day and now the underside of my house is much warmer and hopefully this will prevent future pipe freezes and bursts.

I called Viscarello Plumbing and Heating when I had a leaking water heater. Chris looked at the job and recommended a very efficient tankless water heater. I decided to make the investment. Chris and crew installed my tankless. Now, showers never run cold-hot water on demand. I use less water- warms water up so much quicker in my 110y/o house. In July, with tankless system running sinks, shower and washer, my gas bill was $20! I also really like the way the tankless was mounted on the wall. We gained more space without the old water heater in the way. Best of all- nice neat work, no leaks and no mess. Since then, Viscarello Plumbing has plumbed my new kitchen, laundry room, replaced old pipes and replaced radiator valves. Rates are average-but work is above average.

I definitely will go to them again for any future plumbing needs. Not only did he make the requested repairs, he figured out why there was no hot water to the bathroom and corrected it. All our plumbing works great now and the ceiling was repaired so nicely that no one would ever know it was cut open to access the pipes. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Responsive. Showed up when they promised. Did what we asked. Pretty simple - but other contractors seem to struggle with the basics. Viscarello did not.

This is a great company. I have a 2 family with only 1 water heater, and it needed to be replaced. Chris went over all the options with me and explained everything very well. He helped me figure out the best option for my property with no pressure and no upselling. Matt and his helper were extremely professional and helpful when they installed the new unit. I just can't say enough positive things about them all! When it is so tough to know who is trustworthy enough to hire, it is helpful to know that you can trust Viscarello!!!

Chris and his apprentice are true to their word. They said they would show up at the end of the day to take care of the problem, and they were right there to complete the job very efficiently. Considering I called them out the blue in the morning, they reacted in a very professional way, always putting me the customer first.

Chris and Sebastien were terrific. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problems right away. Chris explained what needed to be done (open up a wall) and got down to business within minutes. The two of them worked well together and were able to repair the leaking pipes in a very efficient way. They cleaned up the debris thoroughly and even scrubbed down some of the mold that had formed at the site of the leak. A plumbing crisis is never fun, but having Chris and Sebastian to help made the situation much more tolerable. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job well done.

Chris replaced my gas heater for three zone heating including some plumbing. He arrived on time with a helper and the boiler manufacturer rep. They were professional and very knowledgeable and did a neat job. I would highly recommend Chris.

They went above and beyond! and on the afternoon before a holiday weekend. I was given 3 options for what needed to be done and advice about each one. I rec'd estimates for some possible future work via e-mail before they even left. Everything was cleaned up before they left as well.
