This company was just awesome. Everyone was so nice and professional through out the whole process. The owner inspected the water heater and sent his repairman Scott out to repair it. My work schedule is hectic but they worked with my schedule and had it installed on my day off. I did not see very many reviews for this company but please dont let that deter you from using them. I would definitely recommend them to people I know. Thank you Chris, Scott and Tate.

Chris was very professional. He notified my within minutes of coming to the house. He was very polite. He set up and did the job very quickly. The price he quoted was very fair. These guys are amazing! They don't quit until the problem is solved. My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan. It is hard to find a plumber that you can trust, and I have been burned before. Please call them for any issue great or small. They will take care of you at very reasonable prices. You can trust them. I love these guys!

Chris is a very good plumber. I hired him twice. One time to fix my shower leaking issue which both my husband and my very handy father couldn't fix. The second time I called him out because my house plumbing system got clogged up, if I take a shower in my master bedroom, the bath tub in the outside bathroom also got clogged up, and all the toilets couldn't flushed. He came out and fixed it within a few minutes. He also guarantee his work for 30 days, and his price is very reasonable. He is very responsive and can come out on weekend without extra charge. I highly recommend Chris Wenzler for any plumbing problem you have. <br />

Sam was punctual, a great communicator, and very helpful. This renovation was a challenge because we are still living 4 hours away. Sam sent pictures, called regularly, and even picked up the fixtures for me after I picked them out on the computer. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others!

The job took just over 2 hours from start to finish with 2 people working. They came exactly when they said, gave an accurate estimate and finished the work in the same day. They clearly communicate what would be required to do the job (i.e. cutting a hole in our wall), did an excellent job with the work and cleaned up completely.
