Ryan was very quick to quote prices and accepted deposit and also final payment for the job that I had, which was to fix leaking roofs on my double shed with a patio in the middle. Unfortunately, it did not rain immediately after the construction was finished but when it did I now have a bigger problem than I had before he fixed anything. He is also not returning text or emails. I had really thought he was professional and qualified not so certain now. I do realize it is winter and difficult to repair outdoors but at least a return message or email would let me know that I am not being ghosted unfortunately if I have to pay to have this repaired a second time I will have to take legal action. Extremely disappointed as his last words to me before accepting final payment was if this leaks I will stand beside my work but I guarantee you it won't leak. Wrong!

Initially Ryan was very responsive and appeared to be trustworthy. On 9/16/24 I contacted Ryan at 570.316.9514 and he returned my call the same day. I called him on 9/17/24 at 570.701.8128 and returned my call on the same day from 570.316.9514. We agreed for him to come to the property to discuss the job. However, I was attacked by a German Shepard in which I lost part of a finger on my left hand. As a result, we did not start to communicate again until 10/5/24. On 10/6 we signed the contract for the agreed amount = $2000 at which time I gave him $1,000 cash at the initial down payment. The work commenced on 10/10/24 and was not completed as he stated he ran out of wood. I followed up with him on the 570.316.9514 number on 10/16/24, 10/28/24, 11/8/24, 11/13/24, 11/15/24, 11/25/24, 12/2/24, 12/3/24 and he has not returned any of my calls. With the work not being completed there a potential for the water damage from the roof as there are sections of wood that are missing. I am 90 years old and I am on a fixed income and I am unable to afford another $2,000 to have the work completed correctly. I trusted Ryan and against my daughters advice I paid him in cash trusting that he would do the work. I feel he took advantage of me and I want this to go away. It has been a very stressful situation.

Ryan was very quick to respond and flexible with his availability that he was able to get there the same day and complete the job. I plan to use him for my next project at another property. I would recommend him.

I was very happy with the job at first but then it was very clear that I was naive and taken advantage of. My excitement lasted only two days. I have a leak in a flat roof that became even worse the first time it rained. Ryan did not come in person to fix it, he had his assistant do it instead. His assistant was overwhelmed. The material used is inferior. I had to patch it myself and I'm still not sure that it will not leak. I had to pay someone else to take away some of the old material that was left behind. Ryan is a great talker but now I feel sick whenever I look out on the work that was done.

Working with Ryan and company was very smooth from start to finish. He was prompt, professional and thorough and I am very please with the work performed. Will definitely call them again for a couple other project I have in the future. Thanks Ryan!

Terrible. He came off as professional when estimating. He showed up late, 12:45 pm. I was not babysitting them but it did the steps all wrong. He seemed frustrated doing the work... It was as if he never did it before. I never dealt with guys like this before. I remained pleasant. Did not know how to handle them.
