They were professional. Arrived on time, finished in a timely manner.

Very well. When he arrived to do the work, I told him two pipes needed to be removed as they were no longer used and asked for a quote. He gave me what I thought was a very good one and less than I expected (300.00 minus the 40.00 I paid Angie's list). So instead of doing the caulking, he came back the next day, removed the pipes, patched the roof and installed shingles over the area. I think I am right in rating the quality of work as excellent. We shall see. I would recommend him to friends.

I spoke with Carl, the owner, on Tuesday and his first concern was the weather forecast for Thursday. He went and took at look at the damage and quickly repaired it on Wednesday morning for me. He matched the singles color and brand. His price was much better than another quote I had received from one of the big roofing companies in town. Carl understands providing service and value to earn a customer. He sent me pictures and allowed me to put a check in the mail after service. I love working with small business owners for all of these reasons. Its now snowing outside and I know my roof is secure! Thanks Carl.

It turned out not a roof leak issue and determined to be a condensing issue (so why it only happens at winter time). Carl did not charge anything and did not try to make a sale of anything. Very professional.

I called Carl in the AM, he said he could do the job in the PM. Carl came in the PM while it was raining. He left his card and promised to be back the next AM to do the job. The job was completed with only 3 of 4 vent flashings needing replaced. It was an excellent job and very professional.

Excellent work. I waited for about 1/2 a dozen heavy rains before writing a review. The leak has not returned. The work was done within the initial estimated time and at the initial price quoted.

Carl visited the first of the week and bid the job. Promised to get too it within the next few days. After first calling, he came Saturday afternoon. The repair took longer than he'd expected, but he completed the job as promised. Competent, nice guy.

With all the rain that we'd been experiencing around this time I noticed a leak, and the rain was not stopping. I made several calls to roofers listed on this site and Carl was the only one who answered. <b>None of the others have ever even called me back</b>. He came over quickly and did a temporary repair that saved me from what would have been extensive drywall damage. He returned two days later with the needed materials and completed the job. I highly recommend him for any roof service you may need. He's responsive, punctual and an all around good guy. He even took his shoes off when he came in, which is big in my book!

They were recommended by somebody who used them.

They finally started work on a Saturday but ran out of material so they had to come back out and finish up on Monday which I found frustrating.  I believe that I have a great roof with very good service under the circumstances.
