I have to say the reviews are accurate. Nick and Felix are 5 stars. Tuesday evening in the middle of the heat wave our tenant called to say their air conditioning was not working. It was after 6:00 p.m. and I was worried that getting someone in to fix it within the week was going to be a problem. I searched online for repair services and based on google reviews I called CHS. No joke...Nick showed up within 15 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. Felix dropped off the part and the air conditioning was up and running within the hour. How awesome is that???? And Nick is a very nice man who answered questions and offered practical advice on preventative maintenance. What a great find for us! His number is a keeper for sure!

Called and spoke to Nick and he was out here the same day. Our awesome landlord dropped off a swamp cooler motor and basically said here, do it on your own. Nick came over and was knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained what he was doing and was out of here in a half hour. He was honest on pricing and did a great job. Thanks again Classic Home Services. I will always refer you. Not sure if I posted this twice being this is the first time I was inclined to give a review on Angie's List!

CHS HVAC Services has literally the best customer service I have ever experienced...hands down!! It does not matter what time of day you need them, they will be there to help. Felix is AWESOME! He is very flexible, will work around your schedule and makes you feel at ease. He is confident in what he does and is a genuine, trustworthy guy. We have used them now for 2 years, and they make you feel like you are their number 1 priority every time! Can not get any better than that. If you have any issues with your thermostat/AC unit, I recommend you call these guys, they are GREAT!

Marino is the greatest. We had a leak in our air conditioning unit. I am not a handyman so things like this are over my head. Marino was very responsive. He showed up when he said he would and was able to ascertain the problem and fix it immediately. Plus he charged a fair price. So not only will he be my air conditioner guy from now on but I will also be calling him if I have any problems with our heating system.

Nick came right out to repair our furnace within 20 minutes of our call. Very friendly, and fixed the problem within an hour. Price was extremely fair. Very overall happy with his professionalism, service and price.

Nick, Marino and Manny are a great team. They are polite, nice and excellent customer service. I have dealt with Nick and Marino a couple of times. Every summer and winter they had to come to our house for repairs and They always had us up and running with no problem. We had an old 40 plus years unit, which they kept warning us that it was too old and would break soon. Sure enough it finally broke down. I now have a brand new Unit and we are very happy and please with it. I highly recommend CHS HVAC Services. Every questioned asked they always had an answer for. They are Well educated to know what they are doing. Thank you very much for your hard work and all time you put in. And Manny I hope you liked my coffee. Thank you all for all your hard work. Budget restricted family saved by Nick today! Honest, high integrity standards, extremely knowledgeable, tech savvy, and response time was lightning quick! From the clear communication on the phone, to the up to the minute response via text, and then who and when the tech would be showing up...need I say more? Nick is as good as it gets, and know I can count on him, in the future when needed. No question. Our unit was fixed, cleaned, cold as ice. Even though we have to replace our upstairs unit (it is just old and time), the downstairs unit was saved! Nick, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

Our air conditioner broke down and I called CHS HVAC Services. Within 30 min got a response and within 2 hours Nick was at my house. He got our air conditioner working in no time. I am so thankful given the heat wave we are going through as most companies are booked through next week due to the shutdown! Not to say they aren't busy I was lucky because he was in the area and nice enough to stop by. Thank You Nick you are the greatest! No one came to help up except you. Nick is the most professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to matters of heating and air. He is so efficient and always gets the job done. He always makes time when we need him and is quick to respond as well. Thank you Nick for your great service. We wouldn't think to go anywhere else.

Marino is a very honest man, and helped me out with my fan in my heater. I wanted to save money and do the work myself so he told me exactly how to do it and even gave me advise over the phone when I needed it. I would recommend CHS anytime.

Nick is great at what he does and puts customers first. He stayed late waiting for me and help me with a part I needed.

Manny from CHS was awesome! He was extremely polite and easy to talk to on the phone. Once I called and described the issue I was having with my HVAC, he was at my doorstep in less than 30 minutes and fixed it in under 1 hour. If you want great customer service and a quick response, call Manny.

I was immediately impressed with their responsiveness & honesty. Nick has been my A/C and heat guy since I found him around 12 years ago. I can always count on him to respond quickly, work till the problem is fixed and his prices are reasonable too. Best guys around town! They are affordable and efficient not to mention the quick response time which is why I am giving them 5 stars. My parents live in Saint Albans and the heat we have to endure in the summer is not a joke. They had to call Nick last summer when their AC stopped working, I think it was about 105 degrees that day. Nick showed up the same day and fixed the problem. I meant to write the review right away but got busy and forgot about it. We had to call Nick last week when my aunts heater stopped working and we did not think twice about who we should call. Nick provided the same great customer service and my aunt was a happy warm lady in no time. Looks like we have found our Heat and Air guy. Thanks Nick! You can add our family to your list of loyal customers.

CHS HVAC Services have been fixing my AC/Heating issues for over 15 years and I have never had a single issue with their work. They are reliable, timely, do an absolute amazing job and I will always continue to do business with them. The pricing is fair and they will never rip you off, they will fix what needs to be fixed and not create additional issues for you. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night therefore we didn't sleep well. I came on Angie's List and found CHS HVAC Services, so we went with Nick. Knowing it's a Sunday, I was worried about pricing and supplies on hand. But... He came out and knew exactly what the problem was, had the part, and wahlah, we have AC! Thank goodness! I was worried with it being in the triple digits but now I can rest. Thanks Nick! Great service!

I called CHS HVAC Services after my heater went out and Marino responded that same day. He tried to assist me over the phone and get the heater working for the night,but no luck. He came over the next day and resolved the issue. I would recommend them for any services and will be using them again!
