He is also down to earth, very likable, kind, and exhibits sincerity in his interaction with a customer. He goes the extra mile to make everything precisely right! In my case, I have an older house, which still had an original threshold on one of the main entry doors. It was in bad shape and there was too much air coming in at the bottom. Mr. Roddy advised me on what hardware to buy, and came and performed the job. As with older houses, sometimes the job requires more work. He did not hesitate and removed the door, trimmed the bottom to square it up with the new threshold. He even volunteered to put paint on the top and bottom edges of the door to seal it from dampness. I am 100% satisfied with his work and the price. I have total confidence in Mr. Roddy, and I would say that you can, too!

I have windows, one which is six feet tall, that needed blinds installed. I previously had them installed by another handyman and they were not done correctly. Chuck took them down, and reinstalled them perfectly. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Chuck answered the Angi-request very promptly, which was great. He had very fast availability choices, which was also great. He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. I had thought that it would have to be rehung, perhaps, which I would think would have to be scheduled for another time/date/ substantially higher cost, but that wasn't necessary. His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem. Rather, we were glad to be paying him for fixing the problem, doing it rapidly, saving us the ?3-4x cost/time/scheduling of rehanging the window, his knowledge/ expertise/ experience with these sorts of things, his drive time, his promptness - all very worth it to us.
