Chuck Shepherd was very prompt in providing me with the information that I requested.  He provided me with comparable listings and sales in my area and even offered his input on how specific home improvement projects would help or hurt my listing price and budget if I decided to pursue that option.  He was very professional and provided his valuable insight based on the experience that he has gained with his clients that are selling their homes and also outlined the features and upgrades that are the most important to clients that are purchasing new homes in today's market. <br />

I met Chuck while visiting one of his listings I found online.  He was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around so I decided to give him a call back as I was looking at some other properties.  After that, I spent about a year looking at houses because I am very picky and Chuck stuck with me the whole way and was very helpful throughout the entire process.  I didn't quite know what I wanted but I knew I looking for something very specific that had to be something special.  He probably showed me 30 to 50 houses throughout my search, never loosing patience or interest in my feedback.   He made recommendations based on his knowledge of the area and was happy to show me anything I found on the internet as well.  I often felt like he was just as interested in seeing the houses as I was.  He even worked with my schedule squeezing in showings when we could find time.    <br /> My favorite thing about searching for houses with Chuck was that he is very laid back and fun to be around.  He provides the professional knowledge and experience you want from a Realtor without ever pressuring me to make a decision.  I always felt like I was visiting with one of my friends that happened to be a real estate professional and had a key to all the houses.   <br /> I finally found a house that I loved and he jumped on it.  Less than a month later we closed.  I had to do almost nothing accept get my documents together for the loan, show up to closing, and move my stuff into my new house.  It's been 5 months now since I moved in and Chuck still keeps in touch and is very helpful with answering any questions I've had about being a homeowner.  He's even stopped by a few times to see how things are going and deliver paperwork so I didn't have to go pick it up from the closing attorney.   <br /> I would highly recommend Chuck if you're looking to buy or sell a house! <br />

It was a great experience! Chuck was available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had, he guided us in the right direction throughout the process, and made sure are needs and desires with the purchase of our home were met. Chuck is a great realtor to work with he is very personable and responsive, he has great understanding of the real estate business and he works to fit your needs. I would recommend Chuck to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the future and would not consider anyone else for my future real estate endeavors.

Chuck provided excellent, high quality, honest personal service.  He provided great, unique advice and services for selling my home, including pictures taken by a professional photographer at no cost to me.  He was very aware of market pricing methods to get my house sold! (and he did not "buy" my listing by telling me I would get more than I really would).  He is technologically savvy and used the most current technology for marketing my home and finding me a new home.  He took me to see a ton of houses.  His tailored searches really helped me find the houses I was interested in.  He is also great at negotiating a good deal, better than I expected!  He has a team of reliable people for inspections, loans, etc. that are very personal and helpful and provide good quality service as well, and he can also recommend repair men, etc.  I highly recommend Chuck if you are planning to buy or sell a house! <br />
