I sent a check on June 19. It was cashed on June 26. Only July 15th, a gentleman came and washed it. He left without my parents noticing. The trailer is still full of mildew and black stuff from the roof. I emailed him and he said he would show up next week. I emailed him again on July 29th. No response. I emailed him again on Aug 11. No response. Today is Aug 13, and the trailer looks like it was never power washed. I really would like to know who the woman is that owns the place. I picked it because it was run by women and had a good review. I call the number and it is the gentleman who came to the place the first time. He is ignoring my messages. Don't know what to do. Out a $155, and the place is dirty. Do not use them.... I can understand a bad day for somebody, but this is a bad experience. Shame on them!!!! I know just want my money back or heading to small claims court. !!!!

The deck was stained in Sept of 2018. When the snow melted in the spring of 2019, the deck was peeling badly. I contacted Cinderella and Jerry came to look. He emailed me and said that he would fix the problem. That was on June 24. On July 22 and again on July 26, I emailed him to see if I was on the schedule. I never received an answer. I called on Aug. 1 and Aug. 6 and never received an answer. I can’t recommend any company that ignores customer’s problems.

Excellent work! They were also the best price for painting 2 bedrooms and our bath. They helped us find the best colors and we are just sooooo happy with the result.

We had the complete interior of our 50 year old home painted. We met with a number of companies but choose Cinderella Painting because of the estimator's knowledge and cost saving advice. Cinderella's pricing was also very attractive compared to other estimates we received. The painters showed up on time. They were sensitive to our needs and planning so our family would be as little inconvenienced as possible. They were neat, clean and respectful of our home and possessions. Can't say enough about that! Each day we watched as our home was transformed from a tired and outdated interior into a bright, fresh, beautiful new living space. We got to know the painters. Their advice and the quality of their work turned a difficult situation into an amazing result. Honestly, thank you guys. We definitely recommended Cinderella Painting!!!!

They did get the project finished, eventually. The price was good and Jerry was courteous. However, the job dragged much much longer than I was initially told. Careless mistakes were made, some areas have rough finish, and they didn't clean up the mess after completing the project.

They worked hard and were very responsive. Normally they don't move furniture but since I was by myself and had no one to help move the furniture they came back and moved the furniture back. Very professional!

Some areas were untouched, but most was cleaned.

There were issues with door replacement. Some of the painting was messy and left spots on mirror in bathroom. Ultimately issues were resolved with much effort.

Excellent job done professionally and promptly in just over 2 hours.

They did a great job, even getting the really tough spots clean. They were timely and professional.

It took longer than we expected but not their fault.

When I contacted Cinderella's, Jerry got back to me within 24 hours. I was having trouble explaining the measurements of  my ceilings and he came within days to check it out with. He arrived on time and was so professional and personable. We have a rescue dog and she fell in love with him and he was so sweet with her (you can't fake that kind of nice). I received my estimate and was so pleased with the offer I accepted. When I was ready, Jerry got me right on the schedule.  <br /> Quin and Jill arrived right on time in the snow storm! Jerry even checked in with me the Sunday night before to let me know that he would call if they had to reschedule. These ladies were professional and so personable. I am pretty sure that my rescue dog would have willingly went home with them since they too were so kind and sweet to her. They were efficient and worked together to ensure that all of my stuff was covered properly. They addressed my water stain and a few other areas of concern, that are now gone! It was an absolute pleasure to have them here today, they did an AMAZING job and I have decided that I want to have some additional painting done because my ceilings look so great.  <br /> I can't say enough about this experience, I look forward to having Quin and Jill back to do some more painting real soon! <br />

The team at Cinderella performed a top notch job.  They were extremely responsive with customer service. They repaired years of poor stain jobs and brought the two decks back to life.  They look practically brand new.   Well worth the cost of the work. <br />

<p>Workers showed up promptly, at the time we agreed upon.  We discussed which parts of the house needed their attention, and agreed that the amount to be cleaned (less than 2k sq ft) would be covered by the Offer we had already purchased through Angie's List.  The vinyl siding was cleaned very well.  Cleaning the house windows of overspray afterwards, however, was left as an exercise for the homeowner.  </p> <br />

Cinderella Painting did an excellent job power washing and staining the deck, stairway and railing. <br /> They were prompt, payed close attention to details and helped choose the correct stain based on the current condition of the wood.  I would definitely call them again. <br />

The technician did what was included in the big deal I purchased on time and professionally. Discussed with the company about staining the deck and got a quote which is higher than I expected. Ended up doing it myself. <br />

We have used this company before with very satisfying results.  They actually brought in propane heaters so the work could be done in-spite of the unseasonably cold weather. Our garage has been falling down for years.  It was built back in the 1960's.  The lights used to flicker and it was always a gamble if the electric door would open or not.  I actually got trapped inside once and a neighbor had to force the door to get me out.  Now, we can turn the garage lights on and off and the door open or shut, from inside our four seasons porch.  Small things mean a lot!  <br /> The painters, carpenter and electrician all were courteous and professional.  The office people worked with us to plan our project for the best result at the best price.  They took the time to educate us about different options we had and the pros and cons of each option.  Thank you Angie's List and Cinderella Company for a job well done.
