Horrible experience!! Don't be fooled by the good reviews. I spent $300 cash for a deep cleaning of just my first floor. Angeles and George arrived at 5pm and said they were finished at 7:30pm. That should have been my first clue that it was poor quality. It was getting late, so I did not do a thorough inspection. This was my mistake. I awoke the next morning to find that my windows had not been clean and my kitchen was still dirty. Stains from my kids lunch were still on the counter and the appliances had not been cleaned. They had such good reviews that I thought they would want to know and fix those areas since I had been told that they "guarantee" their work. George told me that after they leave they no longer guarantee their work and actually said I should have checked the day before! Why does a customer need to check behind you. It was a sign of little to no business integrity. For the cost, I would have expected better customer service. He refused to clean the areas that were missed even after I tried to show him pictures that they were not cleaned at all. I have never been so disappointed in a business. Maybe I am naive, but I keep my promises and if you say something is quality or guaranteed that should not go out the door once you leave. Very bad service despite the reviews. Don't be duped!!!!

"Before anything I'll like to say that here in Cindirelas Cleaning making our clients satisfaction is our top priority, in answer to this review we are sorry that we wasn't able to satisfied this client, from the beginning we had complications on our arrival on Sep 1 en which we had agreed on a price of $350 in which the client ask us to only do a service that's $300 and we accept to do the job since we was already there and the conditions of the place was unhealthy even like this we did the job with the most professionalism, I Angeles Monterrubio personally ask the client to check the service done at which she ignore completely do to the she was very happy with the service perform so we left the property with our sing receive from the customer, but after a day pass she sends me a message saying the there was stains on the table stove and windowsill, the message not tock me be surprise it chock me do the me clients knowledge we inform you on the day of the quote that the guarantee is once the job is complete and 24 hours,and also to know there's 4 small children that live in the house this is just to let know that the conditions of the house and the time that had pass and to had sing my receive and also program a by weekly service with us Cindirelas Cleaning. It's chocks us to know that we have to be involved in this types of actions do to our clients know that we always go out our way to satisfied our clients but not all the times that's appreciated. We Cindirelas Cleaning our sorry if for been Spanish we didn't satisfied you."

we very happy with the work that was performed the house was literally clean from top to bottom from the ceiling light fixtures and fans to baseboards and floors and everything in between. the personal arrived exact at the time of the appointment in my opinion she's is the best my house was left spotless I would highly recommend them its top quality job by the cindirelas cleaning.

Fantastic! Angeles went above and beyond what I asked for, getting every detail even making my bed with sheets I just washed. Even my ceiling fan was shiny:) I was skeptical about hiring someone new off Angie's List but was not disappointed. She came and met me and gave me an estimate and was very professional. Definitely would use her again. Super value for the price too!

Everything I asked and more has been done. Total vacuum, mopping, dusting, complete clean kitchen and bathrooms immaculate. Bedrooms are perfect and in order dusted, polished she even made the beds. She took the time to put everything in order in both our rooms made it attractive. Worse part was I had walked through my home with her going over exactly what I wanted done. I work for Westin Hotel my position is in the housekeeping department the standards are high. I also have background in cleaning spanning several years. The point is I know an excellent job when I see one. Cindirelas Cleaning offers other services as well WOW! well done Angeles Cindirelas Cleaning did a thorough cleaning job . I repeat thorough. just returned home from work and I was very pleased still smiling .

Excellent service, She cleaned things in my house that had never been cleaned she work all day on the house, Which had not been thoroughly cleaned for nearly a year and otherwise worked steadily and diligently. The initial cleaning was more expensive, but worth every cent. I was very satisfied.

the experience was great since we were so nervous to have someone new we didn't know but she did a great and excellent job. Angeles learns very quickly about how we want certain things done, tell her once it is done correctly. We have several pets and she gets our floors and carpets very clean. Does an excellent job in the bathrooms, our bathtub caulk has never looked cleaner. We have certain cleaning supplies we want Angeles to use and she follows those directions well. <br />Angeles is a pleasant, cheerful housekeeper who wants to please her customers. Arrives when she says she will, goes right to work and stays with it until the job is done. We are very satisfied with her services.
