She left halfway through the job and said she would return to finish later in the evening.  I tried contacting her multiple times to see when she would be coming back.  A few days later she finally called me back and asked how much i would pay her to come back to finish the job even though I had already paid her the full amount($300) for the job as well as an extra $50 that we had agreed that day for the sun porch.  She hung up on me at the end of this phone call still without any resolution.  She called me the next day saying that she was going to come back and finish the job the following day.  That day she texted me saying that the job she was at ran over and she wouldn't be able to make it.  She said that she would be there at 1 pm the following day.  The following morning at 9 am I went to breakfast with a friend.  During breakfast I looked down at my phone and noticed that I had missed a text message and a phone call from Cindy. The text message said "on out way there tried to call but on answer" at 9:35 am.  I called her at 9:45 when I read the text message.  When she answered she said she had found an unlocked door and just went in to start cleaning without any permission from me.  She rushed through finishing the job leaving the house nowhere near the standard at which she had said she would clean it.  I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. <br />

<p> I chose the deep cleaning package because I worked and had depended on previous service that was not satisfactory.  My house looked okay, but was to my mind, filthy.  I spoke with Cindy and explained what I wanted.  She helped me choose the deep cleaning package.  I was very satisfied with her service.  I will continue to have Cindy clean one time per month.  I especially was pleased with the way the window blinds and windows were cleaned.  </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

.The team arrived and went to work immediately.  The job included a deep cleaning from top to bottom.  That is just what happened.  It turned out to be a bigger job than originally expected.  They cleaned windows, ceiling fans, top of cabinets, outside of appliances.  Everything was dusted and put back in place in most cases.  Furniture was moved and cleaned behind with the exception of the grandfather clock and curio cabinet.  Bathrooms were cleaned from top to bottom.  All light fixtures were cleaned inside and out in all rooms.  It was an all day job but when they left I was completely satisfied with my spic and span home <br />

She cleaned a cottage we just purchased which hadn't been open for about 20 years! I was really impressed with her and I was happy because she came and was able to accommodate my work schedule.

Quite efficient and friendly.  Very detailed oriented.  Does excellent work. <br /> <br />
