They are excellent in following all my special instructions for my lawn mowing. I am extremely picky and they do a great job. They have never missed a mowing. They are very good with their communication and they have competitive prices.

They were great! It took a little while to get scheduled but it was worth the wait. They weren't the cheapest either but I'd seen their work at my sister's house and trusted they'd do a good job. My beds were a mess. They weeded and treated, edged and spread a solid layer of high quality mulch. It was a lot of work and my yard looks awesome!

Service was good, they were just several weeks late in contacting me.

They contacted my daughter and then came out to discuss the work that needed to be done. They cleared out removed all the weeds and trimmed the shrubs.  This home had been vacant for several years and they did a good job getting rid of everything including the poison ivy.  This gave my daughter & husband a clean slate to get the yard the way they want it to be. <br />

I was originally signed up with LM&M Landscaping, and I was very pleased with their service from Fall, 2010 through Spring, 2012 when they merged with two other companies to form Circle City.  Ever since then, they have become less and less the professional firm I hired to a slipshod, poorly communicating mishmash of "services."  Gone are my reliable mowing crew who never failed to show up weekly and not only mow, but edge my yard and blow off my deck and concrete.  Gone is the spring notice reminding me of services available so that I may choose to add any additional work I deem necessary to keep my yard looking great.  This year, mine was the worst yard on the block, half dead and the other half bare, I can only assume from over treatment of chemicals. Some of my landscaping in gardens is not doing well this year, and although they planted it for me, they have done nothing to address the issues.  In past years, my yard was spic and span by Mother's Day, with new mulch in all the beds.  This year, it never was done to my satisfaction.  They did come and pick up some of the debris at the end of the winter, and they called that their "spring cleanup."  I've finally given up.  When I've called regarding discrepancies in billing, I'm put on hold, and then I speak to someone who doesn't have any idea what I'm talking about.  It's been frustrating, and a huge disappointment.  I really liked and respected Aaron, the former owner.  This company is just about worthless to me, and I have just asked them to cease our relationship effective last week. <br />

Ashley drove a very large truck and made two dumps with our house <br /> and our next door neighbor's house that we paid for. She did a nice job. <br /> <br />

<p>This company provided excellent service.  Jeff, who worked with me from this company was always very responsive and professional.  They actually installed the lights first with no obligation and that allowed me to see how everything would look before I committed to it.  He worked with me to get everything perfect and he was very timely.  Also, I had obtained another bid and this company was significantly less expensive.  Jeff said it was because they do not mark up the light fixtures.  I would definitely recommend this company for landscape lighting.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>   </p> <br />

Circle City Outdoors did a fine job. Their work ethic is very good.

He was a very poor business man  and will not use Circle City since he is there now.  He seemed to be sincere in trying to fix problems but had very poor follow through! <br />

It actually went well. They give us a very competitive price and their work quality is very good. We do have some issues on scheduling work when we wanted to this guy, but we had to wait four or five days before he came and get our project done. Other than that there is really no issue. We are very satisfied. We would use them again in the future.

In the spring they send out a price sheet.  The pricing with them is reasonable.

It was a big job but Circle City performed the job with ease.  Very professional from the owner to the workers and they went beyond what they had to do and the price stayed the same.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

We are confident they will make right on the work. We have been with them since 2008. They do a good job and they are responsive to special requests. They are usually quick to resolve any issues.

Everything was okay with them other than the fact that I bought a big deal through Angie's list and they keep sending me bills. I contacted them back telling them that it was already paid for and months later someone with accounting will call saying that I have a past due bill. That is a little bit frustrating and annoying. I don't know that they came all of the times they were supposed to because they left a piece of paper on the door the first time and then a bill on the second time but nothing after that.

We were very pleased with it and it worked out well. They showed up on time and when they said they would. We had no scheduling issues. They spent the whole 6 hours doing the landscaping work.

Jason returned my phone call which put his company ahead right away.  He said they were fairly booked, but our job shouldn't take too long, so he was going to have a crew swing by a certain day (it wasn't too far out).  The crew arrived and performed the work promised; the mulch was laid deep enough and has worked well throughout the summer. We were charged for applying a pre-emergent, which I had stated I did not want; so I simply didn't include that amount with my payment, and sent a note reminding Jason it wasn't done.  He called soon thereafter to apologize for having billed for that. <br />

They came out right on time!  They did everything I asked of them, which was done very professionally!  They did a great job on their clean up!  My neighbor liked their work so much that I gave them the company's card to contact them as well!

I have waited to write this review since I purchased this as a Big Deal last fall and had nothing to report until now. I purchased the house in April 2012 and the "lawn" was a lot of weed. As promised, last fall, they performed the aeration. I have now had 2 treatments this season and my lawn looks great. Having lived in the desert for 20 years, I am learning and they have been patient and thorough answering my questions. <br />

Good work. No complains. <br />
