Bill was very eager to help me get an old system up and running. It was a good, fair price. However, he billed us for work being completed when it was not (no clock installed). He had to come back out. He then claimed that he only had agreed to work on the back system for the quoted price. I showed him the estimates which said they were for front and back and he agreed to come and try and get the front working (though he claimed both written estimates were typos). He gave up after a day and told me to call a plumber because we lacked the water pressure to get the system going. We decided to investigate this on our own and we got the front system working ourselves by repairing one head and one leak in the line - it was NOT a difficult fix. He did lower his bill for us considerably when my husband complained. Just all in all - a pain to work with.

We had a large backyard fence that needed to be replaced. Bill and his team were awesome! He responded quickly after reaching out about receiving a quote and turn around time for receive the quote was quick (24 hours). His price was reasonable for the job (was one of our lowest quotes) and his team worked quickly and professionally. The fence looks amazing and has really changed the overall feel of our backyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for large or small fencing jobs.

Great job on the sprinklers. Fence is a great value for the money (didn't want to spend much). But still has some aesthetic work to be completed; but I'm having citi-scapes come back out in the spring to build me a new sprinkler box - I trust that upon my request at that time that they will tune up any fence issue I have. They have honored any post work request I have had up this point.

Citiscapes is always on time and professional. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. In the rare cases where re-fixes or problems have occurred they have bent over backwards to make things right. I inherited these guys with a property we bought and I am quite lucky to have come across them.

Our project was to rip out decade old and rotted railroad ties for our back and front yards. We had already had other beds put in and needed the brick to match. We also had some irrigation maintenance needs. Bill and his team at CitiScape were able to find the exact material to match and easily had it installed. What was more important is they did it for a quote that was very reasonable and did it within the the time they had outlined. They left the home in great shape and per my wife, the crew was very courteous during the job. Would highly recommend as we will be using CitiScape again on our next project.

Bill and his team were punctual, on-time and put up a great fence in our back yard. We receive tons of compliments. They worked hard every day, communicated well and even cleaned up all the yard waste and leaves before they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bills and his team did and exceptional job on our irrigation and dog run. The irrigation works flawlessly and lawn looks amazing!The fence is well constructed and discrete in a garden setting. It looks great with the vines now making their way through the fence!!

I've used Bill and Citi in the past for small sprinkler jobs and landscaping and he has always been responsive, on time and professional to deal with. The fence job was difficult as it included patio extension and connecting to the neighbors driveway as well as building a much more extensive double sided fence for asthetics for both myself and neighbor. The fence is beautiful and Bill and his crews were always on time and communicated extensively throughout the process. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Fantastic Job!!!!

We hired Citiscapes to do what we thought was a pretty easy job - re-build our back yard fence. Turns out we needed to re-do some of the irrigation to get the fence we wanted. They fixed our ancient irrigation system and built an amazing and beautiful fence - horizontal pickets, really cool. The crews were courteous and knowledgable - kept a really clean work site and got done on time. They were very responsive and made adjustments on the fly. We will look to them every time we need any irrigation repairs - Bill knows his way around our system better than we do!
