Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Professional, quick, and actually fixed the leak. This area has leaked several times in the past, but everyone always did patchwork. He replaced the whole pipe and covered the exposed pipes for when it freezes. Awesome job.

I had a clogged sewer drain and they were able to clear it within two hrs of me calling.
They used a camera to show me I have roots in my line and you know what that means . I will use them for the major work ahead and post the final outcome.

My water heater wasn't working, so I called City Base Plumbing. They had 2 techs out in less than half an hour. Joseph and Xavier were able to quickly diagnose and repair my water heater. Life savers!!!

Everything went better than expected. Repairman found another visible leak that required immediate attention. Water had been leaking for sometime and had gone unnoticed because it was in the rear of the house. The leak was repaired and all is well.

Fine. Special Note to Angie's list. It is ridiculous that you require 10 characters. It was just a faucet bib, and the work went fine (4 characters!!)

I was contacted 2 days later with an email stating I needed to pay additional monies. The add was a retainer for the services and an additional balance would remain. They were however demanding an additional "travel charge" of $30. I live right off a major freeway. This information should have been on the add. Charging additional fees without notice is shady.

On our first email we sent on the 7th, we were very upfront with you on your remaining balance from Angie's List, since you only pay a "reserve" up front, as well as our City Base Plumbing company policy of our travel charge for ANY services outside of 1604. We have to create this perimeter of travel charge due to the growing city limits of our already big city. It is unfortunate that we could not reach an understanding. Highly professional plumbing technicians. They were delayed to due to a previous call. The office called me to inform of this delay and were very apologetic. Because of this delay, they did not charge me for the new faucet or labor. WOW!! Talk about outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I just found my new plumbing company!!

City Base Plumbing arrived earlier than set appointment. They gave me a courtesy call and asked if I would be home for an earlier appt. time and I said yes. When the worker arrived, I was happy to see a familiar face, Hector. He worked on some plumbing for me earlier this year. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very experienced. He identified where the leak was coming from and repaired it. He checked for any leaks afterwards. No leaks. He made me a very happy customer. Thank you.
