City Different Renovations

Adam knew what he was doing and did a professional job. The end result looks and works great. I'm very happy with the work Adam did and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use City Different Renovations next time I need home repairs done.

Not well. He said he would bring 1 or 2 people to do the jobs, but he came himself only, and did about an hour's worth of work, ie the easy tasks: sealed the shower w/a silicone seal which peeled off within 2 or 3 days of use, changed washer on kitchen sink, replaced light bulb, and sealed w/silicone around 2 bathroom sinks.He charged $75 at a $65/hr rate and left for a bigger job, per his admission . He is rated 5 stars but is obviously overrated. From my notes, he scheduled for 8 to 8:30 am but arrived at 9:44am, at which time he took a phone call.

Adam did a fabulous job, and charged too little. I negotiated up, if you can believe! I will definitely call him again, if needed.

Adam was wonderful. Great in the area of communicating arrival time(s). He fixed all of the piddly little things that we had around the house, took the screen doors off and took them out to have the screens replaced. He came back another day and replaced them. We are very grateful to have Adam available for us to call for repairs. He took initiative and was very pleasant to work with.

Adam Baca, owner of City Different Renovations, performed an excellent job tiling our bathrooms, building walls, painting, landscaping, building stucco walls and creating concrete block enclosures. Adam is very professional and has a high sense of quality. He makes and meets commitments. I highly recommend the services of Adam.

It went extremely well! My property needed a number of items fixed from a broken backyard fence post, broken ceiling fans, exterior upgrades, among other things. Adam and City Different Renovations were always updating me on the progress, they were flexible with timing, and got the job done when they said they would. I would recommend this company to anybody!

Adam’s response to the request was very prompt. He set the appointment for the next morning and gave me a quote on the spot. I thought it was very fair and he seemed very knowledgeable about best products. He finished the job in two trips and did a superior job. I intend to have him back again for more work. He is honest and professional.

Great! We have always been very pleased with his work and his rates. He is a very nice man, easy to communicate with and reliable (always shows up when he says he will). Not to mention he is incredibly reasonable!! We will continue to use Adam for home repairs and projects.
