When I need to replace my wooden privacy fence two years ago, Robert came out and provided a detailed plan for the removal and installation of the new fence. The project was scheduled on my timeline and the guys who did the work were very skilled and had excellent customer service. I have been pleased with the fence since that time but recently need some planks replaced and called Robert. He came out and looked at the fence and within two business days, I had someone at my house replacing the planks and per Robert, no charge. You never get this treatment from any company these days so I will commit to being their customer and continue to recommend this company (and Robert).

I had a neighbor's pit bulls chewed some of the boards to get into my backyard, and the boards very much needed to be replaced. I walked into their office; was greeted by very kind and caring folks that assisted me very readily with the boards. I am very appreciative for such a neighborly business these days. And, of course, I will most definitely recommend City Fence not only because I have seen their quality, but because they truly care.

Very unhappy with quality of work and materials used. Work was done in a very haphazard manner and crew left debris for me to clean up. Split boards and obvious scraps were used. Jesse, the salesman, has already sent one crew to correct deficiencies and now I am waiting again to meet with him so he can have my fence worked on to correct further deficiencies and hopefully complete my job. It should not take 2 return visits to complete one fence and build a set of handrails. I feel that I need to inspect board by board and that should not be necessary. I did not pay a discounted price so I expect premium workmanship and materials.

I was thoroughly impressed with this business. Jesse and Benjy were great keeping me apprised as to when the work would begin. We had several raining days that delayed the start. The fence installers (Fernando and Raul) were fantastic. They worked well together and were finished in less than three days. The fence turned out better than I had anticipated. I would definitely use City Fence Co. of San Antonio again. Price-wise, they were in the middle of the price range ($4,700 - $7,500) of other bids. What sold me on them was their website showed the various styles of fences the create. I made the right choice going with them and highly recommend them to any one looking for fence replacement.

Superb quality of materials, the best sales staff, attentive to our needs, extremely professional and competent installers. One of the best tests of a well-made privacy fence is to look at the quality and fit of the gate-- they are not that easy to construct! Ours was done without the slightest imperfection, all members of City Fence-- from sales to construction to billing-- did a perfect job. We will rely on no other fence company in the future; having been burned by a "fly-by-night" company before, we have learned an important lesson: deal with the best and get your money's worth. City Fence is the company to rely on!

<p>Roger at City Fence is a great person to deal with: punctual, straight forward and knowledgeable. After 2 deals with other companies went bad, I called Roger and couldn't be happier. The crew accommodated my need to prevent the deer from coming in overnight and put up the section I share with a neighbor first at her request. There was no damage to our trees, shrubs or plantings near the fence line. The construction techniques, hardware and quality of the 1" cedar slats, pine posts and rails were all outstanding. The crew's expertise made it look so easy! And when they hauled away the old materials, they removed some old boards from other projects as well. I am very appreciative.</p> <br />

The manager, roger, stayed in touch with us while we were waiting to start the project.  Even though it was raining, the guys showed up on time, and did a great job removing the old fence.  They installed a temporary fence that day.  The next morning they were there on time, and got to work in the rain again.  The fence was done that afternoon.  I walked the line with the installers and looked at everything before they left and any little thing I pointed out, they fixed on the spot.  They also did a good job taking out all the mess when they left.  The toppers they put on the post rusted in 2 days, and Roger said it was a new vendor they were using.  He was very responsive.  Their general manager came out in a couple days and replaced those, and fixed a couple other tiny spots I found.  He cleaned, treated, primed and painted the spots.  He did not just slap some paint on top of problems.  <br /> Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. <br />

City Fence of SA did a wonderful job.  They were prompt, professional and timely.  We particularly appreciate their flexibility to work within our schedule to complete the job.  Their scope of work and pricing was better that the other quotes we obtained. Great job, showed up on time and finished the job quickly. We made a number of changes during the job including adding doggy windows and changing the layout. We even had them move a post. They were always kind and happy to do whatever we wanted and they were the best price by far,if you need fencing use these guys. And did I mention the best PRICE!!! <br />

Very professional company from the owner to the installers. They replaced part of my very old fence and did some repair work on my commercial daycare centers playground.  They did a great job and in a very timely manner and in the rain. I would highly recommend City Fence over any other fence company in San Antonio.

<p>Originally we were going to have a chain link fence installed but were given a much lower price on a cedar fence which was what we actually preferred. The workers always showed up on time and finished quickly. When I complained about how some of the nails were hammered in very sloppily, the owner Benjy came out and had them remove the crooked nails and do it correctly. Also a year later when our soil settled we had trouble with the gates closing. The owner again came out and fixed them without any additional charge making me a very satisfied customer. I would not have any trouble suggesting their sevices to my neighbors.</p> <br />

<p>I called and they came out on the weekend to give an estimate even though their normal business hours are Mon-Fri. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They started the job sooner than anticipated and left the area in great condition.</p> <br />
