Fair ...they were 45min late., The guys were nice, but the price I paid was very expensive .. it was half the cost of the move from a 4000ft house to a apartment and storage unit (and they provided 6 guys and 3 vans) while City Lights proved 2 guys and one van.

I originally paid for a deal that was posted on Angie's List for two movers. I paid through Angie's list to get the published deal. The company had no idea about the deal that was posted on Angie's List and multiple phone calls were required to validate the deal. The moving company called and stated that the number of movers would not be enough and suggested additional movers at additional cost higher than the rate posted on the website. They stated that if two movers were used the mover would take a minimum of 3 days. Additionally the required the fee to be paid directly to them which required me to get a refund from Angles list. The movers showed up on time however they required additional fees to wrap fragile items. $20 to wrap a TV and $10 to wrap a cabinet. Not wanting to argue with the mover (since they had our fragile items) I had to call the main company number. They ended up not charging us for this in the end. The original quote was $315 for 2 movers for three hours. Ended up paying $1,200 for 4 movers for 7 hours. I would not use this company again. Additionally I would recommend calling any mover you use to get any special terms and conditions.

I could not have had a better experience. The team arrived on time, surveyed the home, and got to work straight away. They were very cautious in not scuffing my wood floors or walls and there was no damage to any of my items. If they were unsure, they asked immediately, and got right back to work. I have moved several times within the city and each time have had a less than stellar experience, until this move! I would highly recommend them over all of the others in Houston! & The next time I move, I will definitely use them once more! If I could rate them higher than just an A I would. It went so smoothly!! I cannot say enough good things about Jay & Tyrone! They worked full speed, non stop. I do not know how they did it. Everything was neatly wrapped and loaded and then unloaded and put where I needed it. They were such hard workers and so friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use them in the future! I've already recommended them for several people who will be in need of moving services in the near future.

I found that the refrigerator power cord was damaged. I paid to replace the cord, but they haven't responded to my request for reimbursement.

Absolutely fabulous moving service! I booked for a relocation the next day and not only were guys quick and accommodating, but they also came on time AND processed the certificate of insurance within half an hour for the management of the apartment we were moving out of. Would definitely recommend their moving services again.

I came across these movers through reference from one of my colleague. I must say they are very professional in manner of time and service. With their proper equipment and hardship, the moving service was successfully completed on time. All the items were in same condition as the movers took extra care during the move, no damages and no extra charges.

The crew of 3 movers who helped to relocate our stuff were so kind to us. Our movers acted like true pros and did it in a very quick and effective manner. Demonstrating their extreme respect to all our possessions. Movers, who help and efforts made our move easy and pleasant, were friendly and strictly followed their personal plane of moving. This allowed them to move us in a record time and with no problem. Needless to say, we had a lot to move. Anyway, our movers managed to pack the truck properly so that we need only one truck to do the transportation. This also helped to keep our initial price at the same level.

Every thing was wrapped very carefully--no breakage. Movers were young, strong, clean and polite. Schedules were met. At ultimate location, everything was placed where you wanted it. It was great to open your sock drawer and find everything as you left it. Same with steel file drawers full of your files.

Men made my move so simple and enjoyable. They were quite professional and took care of every detail. The quote I was given was the price I paid. No surprises. The drivers were professional, and took great care in packing my stuff. I highly recommend this mover and will be using their services again. Extraordinary customer service at a great cost!

I worked with a moving company for the first time and didn't know what to expect and what to start with. Andrew was very helpful at arranging the time that worked best for me. Guys were very friendly and provided great control. Movers came on time, and started working right away. There was many glass items. But no one thing got broken, scratched, missed or lost. They were very cautious, efficient and very attentive. All the fragile boxes were labeled, Guys were well organized and knew how and where everything would be arranged. The crew was seemed to be very efficient and super easygoing.

I had an awful experience when my mover cancelled my schedule at 10 am the day of my move... I contacted George and he appeared to be very professional, and willing to do his best to help with our move. He called me back within an hour and confirmed that my crew was going to help us out on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Movers came earlier than expected.... They organized for us really perfect move from one town to another within the state. None of my stuff got damaged or scratched. The movers crew was on time, guys were well-equipped and good coordinated. Special thanks to the guys for my little dog who was barking at them all the time - she has never liked any strangers at our home. But still guys were very friendly and accommodating. Plus, at the end I was charge with a fixed price.

I had had some bad experience in the past, but this time the whole moving process went smoothly, when I worked with these movers. Guys were on time, and very careful during the whole move. Max, and Alex were so respectful, and I pleased that no one item of my possessions got broken or scratched. It was great to have a stress free transportation of tons of belongings. And I felt there extreme care. Kind people and great company. As for the costs... their prices were affordable enough, and their scheduling was reasonable as well.

They are unbelievable. I found this moving company on a special resource and I liked what people say in their reviews. So I decided to hire them. I can't say I had too much stuff to move but still there was enough work to do. The movers came on time and seemed to be pretty nice guys. They were hard working as well and didn't damage a thing of mine.

From the very first communication over the phone to the guys who gave us a quote, the process was effective and organized totally professionally. we changed the moving date several times, but every time their office representative called for confirmation and always tried to be helpful. When it comes to the moving itself, Ed, our crew leader, arrived, did all necessary paperwork, examined our place to make sure they understood well what to take and where and then started working without stretching the time. After unloading the stuff, guys helped to arranged everything in the house. They were professional, respectful and kind.

By the way, this moving company has insurance my building was requesting and Andrew and David are very efficient and educated. Also I could pay with a corporate credit card from my business, and they allowed it. By the way, it was very important, because some movers I had contacted before didn't take any credit cards. So this moving experience was very pleasant and easy.

Not long ago I moved to the new apartment. First, I made some search and found these guys due to their good reviewing history. And must say, I have never dealt with the movers like these ones. Our movers - Ron and Onur - were efficient, well experienced and took a great care of my possessions. The moving service I received from Ron exceeded all my expectations. Honest, respectful and personable - I'm very pleased.
