City Wide Construction & Renovation

<p>This is the second time that we have used City Wide Construction & Renovation, and they NEVER disappoint. Nadeem and his crew are always prepared; ready to get the job done; and on time! Not only did they achieve their excellence once again, but they went above and beyond by assisting me with the photos that I needed to send to the insurance company once the work was completed. I wish all of our contractors were this dependable and reliable. It's always a real pleasure dealing with Nadeem. He has the sweetest personality and tries so hard to make you happy in every way. I was giving myself some time because the work was supposed to be done in the cold weather.  I wanted to give him more time to get a little stronger and see how it goes.  He was good and was good to deal with.  He came the day when he was supposed to come.  He was a good person to be with and talk to.  So far, the tuckpointing work is holding.  I don't know how long the tuckpointing would take to see the real scene because he was doing it in the cold weather.  The price was fine and more and less it was the same price as others.  He was a nice person.  My first experience with this person has been nice so far.

After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation. <br /> After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good. <br /> They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been. <br /> All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done. <br /> <br /> <br />
