Then we realized that we could not turn the shower completely off. We called him back and he did come. He did manage to get the shower to turn off but he broke a plastic part in the handle. He left with the handle to try and find a replacement. He came back and said he would have to order the part. He still has the handle and we have not heard from him. Called him and he hung up on me.

Work was done very well, clean, and quick. Reasonable price, would recommend very highly. Good follow up from Colby to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
