Cj's Appliance Repair Inc. and Kelsey's Appliances has taken A huge step forward towards becoming more Efficient for the customer. We have Effectively Merged our companies to provide more cost affective resolution for our customers. Cj's is more able to perform Home Service Calls, While Kelsey's offers a good "Used" option for parts needed for repairs. As a Bonus, Kelsey's Is on standby with New and used Appliances to offer the customer "Replacement" options if necessary. :)

"I do appreciate you taking the time to write the review sir. I almost got all 5 stars from you. The cost of the repair was unavoidable, $120.00 was labor, which is standard for a Samsung or LG front load style unit due to how they are designed and must be taken apart. Additionally, I would have normally charged the increased rate of $150.00 labor because the machine is stacked on top of the washer. You were kind enough to be willing to assist my tech in unstacking the machine if it needed to be, which is why I discounted to $120.00. I must also add that the part needed for your repair retails at $147.00, which I was able to discount to $120.00. In short, cost of repairing a more basic unit would of been significantly less. $65.00 - $85.00 labor in most cases along with a less expensive retail cost on the heating element.......Maybe around $85.00 retail, which I would of discounted as much as I could. I am saddened that I missed that 5 star mark, If I ever get another call from you.....I'll be sure to make as much more of attempt as possible on costs. :) Retail cost of your unit is around $900.00 or so.....A $500.00 whirlpool or GE would of been repaired for maybe $150.00."
