Overall very happy with the outcome, job was done on time and budget. Very clean, neat and professional, i would definitely recommend and hire again

Clanak Construction began demolition on 2/2021. Misrepresented product delays so that they could accept and complete work on other higher paying jobs, after accepting and beginning work in our home. Finally returned and completed project mid-August after weeks of being unresponsive. During installation scratched new floor tile which they said they would fix and never did. Damaged new tub (and hid the damage) which we discovered after final payment was made to Clanak Construction.

Clanak Construction is way to go!!! They took their time to explain in detail project schedule from start to finish. They handle sub trades easy. Owner Jo is very easy to deal with it. Top of the natch work! Highly recommend! Will use them again for any project in future ! If i can give 10 starts i would !!

Clanak Constrction are the best company I have worked with caring working late so anybody looking for work around the hose from small jobs to large jobs Clanak Construction is the only people to use. Thanks guy’s A +++

Very smooth. I was in the middle of a historic restoration on my garage when a woman drove her car through it. The repair had to match exactly to spec for me to complete the restoration. I have very high standards and I was very pleased. Excellent masonry work and window retrofit.

Unbelievable contractor, work is phenomenal and one of the nicest guys to work with. Recommend him to all my friends and family. Feel like buying another house just to have him come back.

awful the worst contractors i have ever hired.. i can not believe I'm in this position to now have to hire someone else to finish the work i truly wish I never hired them

The job went well but took little longer then anticipated due to fact this is an old house and some things needed to be reinforced when old plaster and wood was removed. Some beams not even and windows had to be reinforced. estimated time was three weeks but went five.
