I got my pool built from this company during pandemic and still have not completed! I’ve been trying to get ahold of Brandon and Darbi for 2 years and nothing! I do not recommend anyone going to this company for pool build or even remodeling! They are thieves!💯% They will take your money and never see them again

"Thank you for your review, although incorrect information has been provided. The reason we have not completed your pool is because we are still waiting on a progress payment that was due for the excavation portion of your pool in December 2021. Per your contract, we can not continue working until payments are received for the work in place. Once your account is current, we can resubmit your permit under the current building codes. At that point, we will find out if the pool can be built according to the original plans or if changes need to be made. Payment can be hand delivered or mailed to our office at your convienience. I had a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen built by Clarity Pools. JD was intricately involved from beginning to completion of the project. His service and response times are second to none. I was very impressed when he responded to my text and scheduled a repair from out of the country (while he was on vacation). JD is simply awesome!

Branden from Clarity Pools is very professional shows up on time very reliable, very precise and knowledgeable. I couldn’t expect anything better than him, and I was super pleased with his design and the outcome. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family further future Pools..

Great! I was very concerned about remodeling my pool with all of the 'pool company' horror stories but Clarity was awesome. I know that in any construction that there can be delays, but they kept moving right along. Brandon had some fantastic ideas that we would have never thought of. They were professional, tidy and I love my new pool remodel!
