I had a leaky pipe in my basement ceiling the other evening and noticed the leak was getting worse as the evening went on. I started calling plumbers after I noticed my ceiling getting wet and I didn't want it to cave in. Brandon clarks plumbing was the only company who answered my call for immediate assistance and immediately responded to my residence, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. I received great service from Brandon and he kept me updated on the situation every minute he was here. I will be using Brandon clarks plumbing in the future for sll my plumbing issues.

I had really high hopes for Clark's Handy Pros - he started very well, but I was disappointed in the end. Everything up to and including the installation went very well, but the next day I discovered two small leaks coming from the connection points for the pump that Brandon installed. I texted him about it, even sent pictures and thus began a series of texts; with many going unanswered. Brandon is responsive, professional and goes above and beyond. He help me in an emergency situation from a horrible leak that damaged our kitchen ceiling. We hired him again to fix another bathroom and he ended up staying and helping me hang towel bars and such at no extra cost - just because he’s a kind human and knew I didn’t know what I was doing. Ha! I highly recommend Brandon.

It was okay and the work was good. He was late a couple of times but he did all the work.

"I’m sorry to hear that [Member Name Removed] your disappoint In my work [Member Name Removed].. I wish you would have told how unhappy you where when the one I was late it was due to traffic. I kept In constant contact with letting you know my location and provided pictures. Every time you have called me I’ve always answered my phone or have return your call in a quickly fashion. I did come out for free 10-15-19 for free and was upfront with when you asked if I fix ice and also showed you that my newly installed water line for the ice maker was not causing a leak. The leak was coming from the top of your freezer. Nothing to do with me and the ice maker line I installed at the bottom of the fridge. The price of $530 was for two different jobs. In the basement you had a copper fitting go bad causing a drip and the second problem was you plastic ice maker line was leaking which I came out a second time and replaced which equal a total $530.00 for two jobs. When returning 10/15/19 and showing you my lines are working and leak free a charge of 49.99 should have been charged but I didn’t even worry about the charge I asked you if you could where happy you said yes. I really wish you were up front with me about how you truly felt so I could have fixed the under lining problem"

Not so well I think his lack of knowledge of septic systems is why the bill was so high. In fact it was $925. I am going to be asking him for a 50% discount and I think that's more than fair

"Let’s be fair.. I was up front and Honest that I’m not a Septic guy also I came out To your house at 9 o’clock on a Friday night I did not leave until 12am and made sure you were 100% happy. Then you called me two days later, after We both made sure the drain was open the first time I even asked you what was the last time you had your septic tank pumped out for the second TiMe. After the first visit two days go by, you call me And saying it’s backing up again, what did I do, I came straight out and cleared out the main stack on your roof with a big sewing machine and I showed you everything I pulled out. On top of that I was fully packed up explaining to you everything that you needed a septic guy and the reason for that was because I pulled the lid and your tank was filled after you told me it wasn’t. So I came I asked her to come outside with me and I showed you exactly what was going on on top of that after packing and sewer machine up I Saw that you were upset so I unpacked the sewer machine and climb back up on your roof with a sewer machine and snaked out your drain again until I heard it whipping around in the septic tank to make sure. I have gone above and beyond for you and I think the price that I charge was fair because I came out on a Friday night for you at 9 o’clock at night and then came back two days later and got up on your roof with a sewer machine twice I was upfront and honest with you the complete time."

Great, Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. We also added some other issues while he was here and he was more than happy to add more to the list. Reasonable priced.
