Very poor communication and what appears to be a lack of integrity. I had to call and ask for scheduling after being told I would be contacted. Then one of the owners shows up to do the work, does half of the service, mentions he has an injury from a previous activity that is preventing him from finishing (interesting how this only became an issue after he and his partner, who drove up in a truck part way through the service, talked privately in the truck), cleans up what he did -- which did not include killing the smaller tree he cut down, which is now regrowing -- and says that they'll come back in two weeks to finish. Again, I receive no calls or texts, and a month goes by, and now their website is offline and they are not responding to attempts to reach them. I really wanted to like this company, as the guy who came to give a quote and later perform the service was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable.

The pear tree was overgrown and in need of reshaping and pruning. The completed work was excellent and the area was cleaned up afterwards.

These guys are GREAT! They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. It is wonderful to see a company that really cares about what they do. They communicated every step of the way. Their clean-up is over the top! If you want great guys who truly care, do a fabulous job, great price and are very professional then Classic Tree Service is who you should be calling. I will definitely be using them again!

James Lyon and his crew did a fantastic job of removing a large ash tree from our back yard. They paid special attention to our roof since many of the large branches hung over the roof, and they were very careful about bringing down branches that could have caused damage to other parts of our yard. They showed up on time and removed all debris. The price was very reasonable as compared to other bids we received. James and his crew were very professional and I would definitely recommend them for any tree removal project.

Our neighbor has a large tree in their yard that several large branches were overhanging into our yard and the overhang needed to be trimmed back. Even though we did not need to get the neighbors permission to trim the tree on our side of the fence, we got permission from them. We wanted to be good neighbors and preserve the tree. Kaz Porter and James Lyons of Classic Tree Service, gave us a reasonable quote and scheduled a time to trim the tree. Their expertise trimmed the tree with their knowledge of how best to keep the tree in good health. They also hauled away the debris. They did a professional job and were polite and respectful. Will hire again.

Great. Service was prompt and work was high quality. Tree was dropped to avoid damaging house and shrubs. Trunk carried to backyard for firewood, branches hauled away.
