I requested a deep clean for an empty home that I was moving into. The home was clean on the surface because I'd just purchased it and obviously the realtor made it presentable but I still wanted a "deep clean." What I received from this cleaning company was not a deep clean. The kitchen drawers were admittedly "overlooked" and not cleaned, my guest bathroom sink was not cleaned, the outer part of the refrigerator was not cleaned, the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned nor were the baseboards. What I received for my "deep clean" was vacuuming, the microwave and water/ice dispensor cleaned and the blinds left open to make the home bright to give the impression of it being really cleaned. My mistake was that I left them in the home alone and trusted them to clean since it was empty. The owner claimed she'd come back however when I gave her a date to come, I never heard anything else from her. I don't see a place to attach photos which is unfortunate.

"Anyone who’s had our services and whether they’ve been in the home or not has never been this dissatisfied with any of our work. We did in fact come into the home that was empty (minus items that were in those drawers) that we DO NOT TOUCH, OR REMOVE for any reason unless asked to do so. As the team and myself came in to do the job hired, we got a much closer look at the home. The job consists of sanitizing all surfaces, inside and outside of cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, all bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, and all floors to be vacuumed, hardwood floors mopped and polished. First we must include that this home is not new. Has had previous tenants and has some normal ware and tare. The cabinets needs to be sanded down and revarnished. There was what looked to be grease buildup from them being neglected for quite some time. My partner and Myself both tried to clean those cabinets, BUT what we will NOT do is scrub them any harder than we did, and be responsible for damages to the paint or surfaces! The baseboards had a fresh paint done on them, BUT the painters painted OVER the dirt that was on there beforehand. We asked Mrs. [Member Name Removed] to send us photos of the things she spoke of but did not provide anything for me to look at and go over with my crew. The blinds were not new and they too needed to be replaced, as there’s only so much you can clean on them without manually taking them down and cleaning them more extensively. I did in fact offer to come back and go over what we have done, as well as show her personally what needs more attention beyond our services, but unfortunately at that point Mrs. [Member Name Removed] wasn’t trying to cooperate with me returning when we were speaking. She gave me a time and day and expected me to return on her terms, but unfortunately for business that’s not how things work. The day the work was done, she paid in full, sent us a message saying the place looks great. It was days later that she then followed up with me about some things she’s now noticing in her home that needs more attention than what housekeepers can offer. We have a schedule to keep and after the correspondence between the two of us, there was no agreement made on the scheduling to try and make things right. She followed up telling me she would happily “attack” her pictures with her review. It is unfortunate photos aren’t able to be attached, as we take photos of before and after as well. We are deeply saddened that we weren’t able to make the home look brand new, but with the work put in and photos to show that the home was in fact cleaned, it’s hard to say what else we could have done. With nothing but great reviews, great clients, and hard work put in daily, this is definitely a situation we weren’t going to be able to satisfy no matter what."

Fantastic! I hired them to do a deep clean on a new home purchase before I moved in. The home was only 8 years old, but maintenance was obviously not a priority with the prior owners. These ladies did a fabulous job! They will now be cleaning on a monthly basis for me.

Contacted classy of atl, they were very professional on the phone; she asked all the right qualifying questions; How large was the home, how frequent would we need service, did we need a team or single person, hours of cleaning to work around our busy schedule. I like the fact that they took time to clean things that we tried to clean ourselves but we didn’t do a good job, they had chrome looking new and the entire house smelled immaculate.

It was absolutely amazing, very professional and polite, we hired for an office cleaning. We loved it so much we went ahead and hired for a deep cleaning for our home. Tesa and her daughter showed up as scheduled, repeated verbally what we requested before beginning, time and money. I would give them beyond an A+ if I could. Both husband and I retired, and unable to keep up with "heavy duty" cleaning in both bathrooms. They both had positive and professional attitudes and knew which products to use on our extremely soap scum covered glass, and moldy grout. They worked diligently on both bathrooms, had they not been able to clean the glass and tile we would have had to replace both. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. Please use this company, you get the same 2 people every time not a rotation of people, and they deliver what they promise.

We were in a bind because another cleaner bailed on us at the last minute. I called Classy Clean of Jax and Tesa was willing to squeeze us in that day. She was very responsive. I described that the house was empty, in good shape and needed a basic deep clean of floors, baseboards, windows, ceilings, ceiling fans, and bathrooms. Appliances did not need cleaning. She named a price and stuck to it even though it took her an extra hour to clean the whole house. The house looked and smelled great when she was done. She and a partner did an excellent job.

The cleaning was acceptable with the exception that they did not dust my living room thoroughly and they scratched the metal around the stopper in my sink of my master bedroom. They did a great job cleaning the baseboards.

They had to cancel out their first appointment with us, but they did adjust and come on the weekend. They followed up fairly quickly. There was no additional cost than what we paid for the Big Deal. <br /> <br /> They sent two staff. They were pleasant and got along well with our pets. They worked through the house efficiently. We were satisfied with the work that was done. <br /> <br /> The only challenge was that they ended up being outside of their normal service area. Scheduling follow-ups became a challenge, otherwise they were fine. It took them a little under the four hours. It's not that big of a house. We had just moved in January. It had not had a professional cleaning and they did a thorough job. The price was reasonable. They did take a little while to actually show up because we had the problem. They had to cancel the first time. When they showed up, they showed up exactly when they were suppose to. They were very professional. <br /> <br /> I would consider using them again.
