Classy Glass and Mirror

I was quoted $750 for two shower doors - clear glass for the small shower and satin glass for the master shower. Javier installed clear glass in the master and told me that there had been a mix up at the supplier. On installation day (8/10) he told me that it would be 7-10 days to get the satin glass but that he was installing the clear glass so that we would be able to use the shower while we were waiting on the satin glass to come in. I had no communication with him for the next 2 weeks. On 8/24 I texted him to ask if it had come in. He explained that it hadn't been started yet because the supplier was "dragging there butts" on it. He apologized for the delay. I called, texted, and messaged him many times between 8/24 and 9/9. I got no response UNTIL I left an honest and negative review for the business. Amber is refusing to honor the quote I was given by Javier. I will update this review if Amber and Javier decide to make this right.

I am a subcontractor and I deal with 100s of people daily for jobs and when I got recommended this Company I called and mr javier answered he gave me a time and date for some jobs I had at the time he showed up gave me a price which blow my other subs out of the water I tested him on one of my house and the work was the best I have ever seen fast clean and very professional hundred percent no issues and now he has done several of my other houses and I also past him along to my partners and all are very happy to have mr Javier on are team best person you will ever meet and 100% satisfaction u will ever get
