Kevon and his team did a great job helping me finishing the bedroom and bathroom in my basement. All projects are done in less than 5 days, really fast

We called and spoke with Kevon of Claxton Professional Remodeling, explaining that we have a small bathroom that we needed renovated. Mr. Claxton was flexible to come out, gave us a bid and after a couple of days we hired him for the job. Mr. Claxton was professional from the onset, he was always very polite and extremely respectful of our home. He carried himself as a true contractor, giving ideas on what needed to be done and went above and beyond in completion of the bathroom remodel. Mr. Claxton on numerous occasion, extended himself to ensure we were very pleased with the job, to the point, doing things he wasn't contracted for, but he wanted to please us with the job he was doing. Overall, our bathroom came out fantastic, we installed new backer boards and tiling, did some minor repair to the shower, installed new toilets, did new plumbing drains, because the original bathroom had only one faucet and Mr. Claxton made it possible for us to have dual sink. He completed the job by switching out electrical outlets, putting in light fixtures and hanging our new vanity mirror. Overall, AMAZING!! and WE LOVE THE WORK KEVON DID!! WE WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN! Lots of folks in Atlanta can do these type of work, but it was such a pleasure working with someone who is so professional and respectful. I would hire that person again anything!!

Kevon was very polite when I first met him and based on his reviews I felt comfortable hiring him. My experience with him was not good, I essentially ended up paying him to ruin my kitchen. My cabinets were supposed to remain and Kevon was supposed to demo my countertops and backsplash. He promised he was professional and would properly protect everything. He damaged my cabinets to the point I had to replace them and then lied to his insurance company when I made a claim. He put in the wrong size material for my new backsplash to be applied to, he used 1/2” and should have used 5/8”. When he mounted the material he just randomly put a few screws in, his work is rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. He also caused one of my electrical outlets to no longer be sticking out properly and will have to be repaired as well. I now have to pay someone to remove and replace the backsplash material he put in as well as pay the difference for new kitchen cabinets.

"That is unfortunate that you perceive your experience this way. We recall a different scenario. When completing Demo work it is vital for owners to remove ALL items, preventing any injury and we ask clients to do so. To our discovery there was a large axle of some sort hidden from sight on top of the cabinets in which fell hitting me in the head (creating a gash) and then falling to the floor on the cabinets set to be DISCARDED not saved. You failed to mention that you desired brand new cabinets. Against my companies wishes and what appears to be a fraudulent claim you were awarded 5,369.00 from our insurance company which is more than triple the amount you were given for an estimate.This job was not completed as we BOTH saw fit to find a ending point and depart ways. Which explains these pictures you posted does not speak to FINISHED quality work. I hope you are able to find a contractor suitable to your expectations. We will continue to maintain professionalism and pride in our work."

Kevon did an excellent job putting everything together. Although I purchased all the parts Kevon installed and assembled everything. The shower tile and shower floor along with the tile surrounding the roman tub was outstanding. Everything looks beautiful and the wife is very pleased I hired him later to repair deck stairs. He will be my go to guy for any other home improvement project.

Excellent! Kevon did a beautiful job and was very friendly and professional! He completed work for us in a hurry before listing our house, and it all came out great! We needed some significant work on one room in particular to repair surface damage to the walls, and it looks fantastic--we couldn't be happier with his work!

He did a wonderful job! We chose individual tiles and decided on a herringbone layout. Each tile had different shades and patterns on them. We let Kevon choose tile placement, and it came out beautifully! He has a great eye, and artistry to his work. He takes a lot of pride in what he does. We love him and will keep using him!

We are so happy we found Kevon! He did a wonderful job! Paid attention to detail, he was super polite and courteous, and very easy to work with. Kevon was very reasonable when it came to pricing; no surprises and straightforward. He's a hard worker and cares about what he does. These guys are great! I had them paint my Mom's rental property and we were truly thrilled at how professional they were. The work they did was exceptional. When the job was complete they made sure that the area was thoroughly cleaned and that we had no issues with the job. I would certainly use them again for painting. The service we received was well worth the price we paid.

The job went very well. It got off to a slower start than we were expecting but the Claxton crew did a great job working with us on schedule and paying attention to detail. The house looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again.
