I Paid a steep price to get the ducts cleaned in my newly purchased, empty house. I was promised a “repeat customer discount” because I’d used CAA about 10 years earlier, for my last home. I even had a coupon that I mentioned when I booked. No discount was given and most of my vents were just stuffed halfway back in place. Some vents were obviously never even removed. I’m still finding vents half out of their ducts to this day. TERRIBLE work. I trusted them to do a good job without me following them around. That was a mistake. I’m calling Mighty Ducts in the future.

I wasn't completely satisfied as they had forgot a couple. My husbands desk was in the way and I told them not to move that but they didn't do one in the kitchen and I found one upstairs they didn't do. They overlooked it as it was in the count of 15 but they didn't do all of them. The dryer vent was $79.00 of the cost and I paid extra for them to sanitized which was maybe $50.00. I thought those were a little high in a way.

Cleaned 18 furnace ducts and 8 return ducts in 2 hours. Service people were clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They called ahead to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. The work was carefully done with no damage to the register plates. The cleanup was average but not great. They removed a lot of dirt from the ducts. The price included a $65 reduction special. <br />

It went awful. They up charged me, and while I was on the phone with the office arguing about the price, the owner Dan was stealing from right under me. He took some jewelry that meant a lot to me, a gift from my deceased father. He also took a cell phone, a camera, my daughter's communion dress, among other things. I am so fed up with him! I called the office when I realized what he had done, and they completely blew me off. I was receiving a booklet with information on local businesses and told the company to stop sending it out to me because I am so upset with Clean Air America's behavior. They are a scam! They have relocated?to Twinsburg?because I think people are finding out about their scamming behavior.

Rob arrived on time and did a walk-through to explain the service and count the registers and ducts. He blew dust and debris through the registers down to the basement where he had a large vacuum set up to collect everything. Rob was careful with the hose so as to not damage doorways and moldings. He also cleaned my dryer vent hose. Rob was courteous and efficient. Rob did not try to pressure me in to buying extra services I did not need. I did have a coupon. <br /> <br />

I got a Living Social for them, which covered 10 vents for $75. What I didn't realize/understand is that my house has 22 vents, plus the two main ducts need to be done. Each vent was $15, and the main ducts were $50 each. Definitely good to know in the future that there are projects like this that are much bigger than I expected! <br />

He seemed to do a good job. He was fast about it and there was only one person that did it. I’d never had it done before and so I really didn’t know what to expect or how he would do it. We were satisfied. He just didn’t make it up the day he said he would. He was a little bit more expensive than some of the others that I’d looked into. I’m not sure if I’ll use his services again in the future. I will look into some others because he was more expensive than a lot of the others that I’d looked into.

They send out a booklet about once a month. In the add, the page says $149.00 reg price. Below that there is a coupon that says $40.00 off the regular price. The bill came to $168.00, so I called the office to check on the price and spoke to manager who also give me a hard time. Afterwards I noticed that there were a lot of things missing from my rear room - I called back and they denied the whole thing. The technician came out to clean the vents but did not clean all the vents.

They did a good job. When the came out to give us the quote, the gentleman were very nice. They explained everything they were going to do. They also sanitized the pipes. They were clean and nothing was left out of place.

I was very happy with their service. They were courteous and knew what they were doing. The only thing was that some of the covers were not placed back on (I asked that one not be replaced and that is not the ones that I am referring to).

Did a rush job, complained about everything, stepped on my cat's toy and broke it and kept on walking down the stairs. My house was a disaster after they left (tracked dirt and leaves from their shoes all through the house) and there isn't a camera that takes pictures of the ducts so you can see the before and after like the ad states. Or he was in too much of a hurry to use it when I asked about it. The people on the phone were very nice and professional, but the people that come to your house are NOT.

Did a good thorough job, much better than the previous co. I hired a few yrs. ago who still left dry wall dust in the duct work. I can tell the house is much cleaner. They also found an antique pop bottle behind a vent cover that proves the previous cleaner didn't remove the cold air return duct covers to clean. The men were polite, professional and got the work done efficiently. They took the time to talk to me about what they were doing. I was very pleased. I will only say that I think air duct cleaning is an expensive maintenance item on a per hour basis. They all seem to charge about the same but still $415 for a 2.5 hour job with 2 guys is a high hourly rate.

It was a good experience. They were prompt. They came out and did a thorough look through. They gave the estimate and came back out. It took them a few days to do it but they made sure they did everything right.

They did a great job. Promptly responded to my initial call, scheduled within a week, cleaned out ducts. Explained process to me. Let me know what maintenance is required. The only thing that wasn't excellent was, after they left, I realized that one of the workers must have had dirt or clay on his shoes that got on carpet. The stain was relatively easily removed. Otherwise excellent job!

Our ductwork has never been cleaned out so it was very dirty. Clean air came in and cleaned out all the duct work. After they left I noticed a lot of dirt in some areas around the vents. I also noticed that I had a lot of dirt/dust balls on my furnace filter that had just been cleaned before they came. I called to express my dissatisfaction. They returned promptly and cleaned out our system again, free of charge. I will probably use this company again since they were more than willing to remediate to my satisfaction. I take partial blame for the excess dirt since we never had the ducts cleaned out when we moved in! I am now breathing easy!

They gave us an exact quote over the phone based on the size, age, and configuration of the house. They said they would call us in the morning of the appointment and set a time. This went exactly as planned. There was a ton of dirt in the ducts as it has never been cleaned out before. There was still soot from when it had a coal-fired furnace. We opted for sanitizing at an extra cost when it was offered. They did an excellent job, and were very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
