They ran machine for 30 minutes nothing special was done. They did say they found mold and it would cost $800 to remove.

It went well. On time & very polite. Answered my questions without a problem. Only suggestion I could make would be for the company to make sure the AC is blowing cold air again before they leave. I knew there was a delay after being turned off, but he was leaving before I knew the AC wk'd ok again. Would use again.

Technician was prompt and courteous. Provided additional options, but didn't push services on us.

He called ahead of time, arrived punctually, took care of problem efficiently. Helped me reset dryer venting pipe so I could get my dryer closer to the wall. Was courteous, kind, and patient with questions.

I booked this deal on Amazon Local.  It was $44 (regularly $90) for a full dryer-vent cleaning and inspection.  I called Clean Air of Central Florida after booking my Amazon Local deal, and the receptionist was very polite, friendly and got me scheduled for my appointment just 2 days later. <br /> 20-30 minutes before arriving, I received a call from the technician, Dietrich, to advise he was on his way.  He was professional, friendly and courteous from the beginning.  When he arrived, he asked how things were with the dryer and if I had any concerns.  I told him I just had a new roof put on, and they replaced all the "things" on top of the house to include the part connected to the dryer on the roof.  I said the last inspection/cleaning I received was February 2013, and said they checked the roof on that inspection.  I asked if he did that on this one.  He said with the Amazon Local deal, the roof inspection was not included at the reduced price, and asked if I had been advised of this while making my appointment.  I told him no, but I could pay the additional $20.   <br /> I went back and reviewed my Amazon Local deal while he was working, and it did not imply I would be getting a reduced inspection due to the deal price, so I called the office again.  The same girl who scheduled my appointment answered and I told her I felt like it was false advertising if I am not actually getting the full inspection for the reduced Amazon Local deal.  She understood and said she would call back.  Dietrich was called by their office, and he told me that he understood I was not advised up front, and that there would be no additional fee for the inspection.  He was very nice and understanding.   <br /> I would have paid the $20 because Dietrich was that courteous, but I didn't feel it was right for the ad to advertise the full inspection but not have the full inspection at the reduced rate.  I will DEFINITELY use this company again.  It's so rare these days that you get a company who puts customer service first, and Dietrich and this company did just that.  I was not happy with not being told up front the roof inspection was not included, and they did the roof inspection and corrected the issue on the spot - with no attitude or issue.  What a pleasant transaction.
