Clean air pro is the perfect example of shopping local and small for upkeep and repairs and Herman did a wonderful job cleaning our chimney. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and why and got the job done in about an hour. We're new homeowners with a fireplace for the first time and greatly benefited from his honesty and tips on how to continue to care for a part of our home. We have been using this same company and person for the 5 years we have lived here and will be recommending him to the new home owners in our neighborhood.

Showed up on time, totally unclogged dryer vent, was courteous, helpful, answered all questions and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Recommend strongly!!!

New house came with a fireplace which I didn't really know what to do with! Clean Air came out really quick, cleaned it up and taught me how to use it. Figured I'd have them look at the chimney while they were there and they found some damage and got it fixed. Never felt pressured to do the chimney, it was all very optional, but figured as it was a new house I'd start things off right! Excellent job and very friendly folks.

I'm very happy with the decision to choose Clean air pro for my new gutters install. I had a broken furnace (old, has exceeded its designed lifespan). Called in early @ 0900. Customer service was informative and professional. Reservation availability was 1 week. However, I asked to be on the wait list, and a technician was able to respond the same day. The technician was also informative and professional. He was able to do a quick repair and provide us set an objective expectation regarding the remaining lifespan of our unit. We've used their company before for a garage HVAC replacement and will continue to use it in the future. At the risk of sounding like a commercial... You might find a cheaper provider but you wont find one offering better value for your money than Clean air pro. We've used other providers when working through a home warranty service. The alternative companies didn't yield quality results, just temporary fixes.

Fast installation, in the middle of summer, with our driveway not being very accommodating to a large box truck! These guys did a great job on our house!

Contacted clean air pro based on a recommendation. Ben and his crew did not disappoint. Courteous, respectful and professional. They are not going to sell you on a service that you don't need just to make a buck. Answered all my questions and gave me tips for future care and upkeep of my duct systems. Highly recommend and will definitely use for my future needs.

Gustavo and his crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up afterward. There was an extra charge since they had to go up on the roof to get the top section of the dryer vent from there, but the cost was competitive.

I had Ben come back out again and he did our fireplace which now absolutely looks like new. We had asked our property manager when we were stationed away to ensure this and other tasks got done. The property manager apparently never did this task. Dave arrived on time and worked diligently - he also took the time to educate me on all the functions and how he cleans (the process, the materials, and the safety checks) - which made it a class + a cleaning. It was simply awesome. His efforts, timeliness and great prices are once again truly appreciated. During this visit he also streamlined my dryer vent to remove the multiple 90s and improve the airflow. Talent, great price, and hometown service - who could ask for more.

They did an excellent job. The before and after pictures really showed me what they did. They replaced the ducts that were damaged for less than what my a/c company was going to charge and replaced my insulation and did a lot more work as well. I am very pleased with them.

Great job, thoroughly cleaned both plenums (in and out), reattached ducts after cleaning (from plenum down and from duct grills up), duccts repositioned in the attic, blower disconnected and taken down for thorough cleaning. All furniture and stuff was vinyl-sheet covered. Vents were repositioned correctly. House smells fresh now. Fast, clean, efficient. Reasonable also, easy to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks a lot

I was charged an extra $912.00 for chemicals to take care of mold. The fishy part was I was requested to write a check and the project manager insisted I leave the "Pay To The Order Of" blank on the check. I asked for a business card and was told I did not need it one because I had the phone number. When asked if I should make the check out to the project manager and asked what his full name was he said he was going to take care of me and "not to worry". He was very flirtatious and came across as creepy. I just feel like someone other than the company got a $912.00 bonus!!! Basically I was glad to see him go

They did a great job. I can tell a huge difference in the quality of air inside of my home. The crew was professional and I would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if needed.

SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHES AND TRY ANOTHER COMPANY. MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. Hired this company June 2025 to clean the air ducts. Charged over 1400.00 which wasn't a problem until a vent began leaking water that wasn't leaking before. Technicians came out several times to try to fix the problem to no avail. After calling them repeatedly I was finally told today Nov.2025 the problem is now a water leak pan that cost an additional 475.00 to replace. It took from June 2025 to Nov. 2025 to diagnose the problem with water dripping any time the AC system is on. Do not use this company if you want peace of mind. I am livid that they now have a resolution when I have complained about the dripping water all along, after being advised by a manager if mold arise from the dripping they would take care of it. Now today to correct the problem additional hundreds are necessary. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD!!

The tools were not charged when they arrived, no pictures of chimney inspection prior to cleaning, and I had to request a picture of the chimney interior once the very quick (what they called a deep cleaning) was done. I would not recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Ben and his crew from Clean Air Houston. Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism they provided, and strongly recommend them.

I do not know if Clean Air Pro is the Best in the Houston Area but I do know it is the best value for service of the 3 others I interviewed.....I also know that Ben is a personable and competent professional and a credit to the company.

It went really well. Clean Air Houston Pro were very responsive in scheduling, provided an accurate estimate and arrived as scheduled and did the work promptly. They helped with any questions I had and walked me though all the services they did and recommendations to avoid issues in the future. I was very happy with their service and plan to continue to use them for future regular vent cleanings.

Good estimate and clarification of services and details of treatments. Nice personnel and well mannered. My wife felt confident with the crew. Work performed in a timely manner but required quite a bit of cleaning of surfaces after the work was completed.
